Cornerstone Auto Service DO NOT take your vehicle there for any repair! They are a complete ripoff! They had our vehicle for 3 weeks in June as the car would not start at all. This car is covered under warranty however the dealership is 2 hours away. After "diagnosing" the vehicle they said it was the battery and informed our warranty dealer of the same saying to us that the warranty dealer "required" them to change the battery first as a first step process. I called our warranty dealer and was advised they have no say in the car repair and that whatever is needed to fix the car they would submit a claim for so there again - A LIE. It saddens me more than anything that this wretched company uses the name of of Jesus to represent their company and does not present honestly or any of His word to run their business. Take it from me and do not take your car there unless you want to be ripped off again and again. For the record- they didn't fix anything in our vehicle while they had it for 3 weeks in June. I went to Charleston this week for a family emergency and got stuck there thanks to Cornerstone not fixing the problem during the 3 weeks they had our vehicle. Now they want to charge us again to start the whole diagnostic process over again. Shame on them! Not even worth a 1 star rating! read more

We had taken our Mini Cooper S Convertible to two garages prior to having Cornerstone Auto Repair (Tony and Tanya) evaluate it. Making a 3 month long saga as short as possible, we had been thru wasting alot of money and time. Tony had it for a little over a week and we were extatic to have it back, BETTER THAN IT HAD EVER BEEN! They kept us updated and thoroughly discussed all options as it did have a significant clutch problem.. not to mention the damage left from a previous "mechanic". Cornerstone Auto Service - So HAPPY to have my "baby" back!! - Auto Repair Near Me - Parkersburg, West Virginia

I have a 2012 Subaru Outback with almost 200k miles that I've never done maintenance on outside of oil changes, changing brakes, etc. I was worried that I had waited too long to get things done like change the timing belt. The car had some other issues as well. It needed a new radiator, new brakes and rotors, new rear wheel bearing, and other misc repairs. I can't tell you how wonderful everyone was at Cornerstone. Their service is amazing. Quality customer service and quality work. They are truly some of the nicest and most honest people we've worked with. The master mechanic and the rest of the crew went above and beyond with their service. And with the master mechanic, be assured you are leaving your car in good hands with him. The training and experience that he's had is extensive. He genuinely cares and has a passion for the work that he does. And as for cost? Very reasonable! Would have cost a lot more to have had these repairs done at the dealership. I can't recommend Cornerstone enough. We will always take our vehicles to them now. read more
