My dad and I were stranded on the 91 East off ramp off of Lincoln Avenue after one of the front wheels exploded. We had gotten help from a random tow truck who stopped to help us. After an hour of trying, the guy gave up because my dad's truck was too heavy and left. My dad called a towing company he found online who wanted to charge $150! I decided to look for towing companies on Yelp and I found Auto Aide. Dad called and they said it would be $60 so we definitely got them. It took about 30 minutes for Melissa to get here but she was amazing! Very friendly and great service! She was fast and efficient. She drove us to JustTires where a tire was waiting for us. She was very helpful and we're very grateful that we found this towing company. read more

Worst service I have ever received. I waited 4 hours for a tow. Every time I called it said it they say it will take 10 mins then 20 mins then an hour until 4 hours had passed. They picked my car up the tower did not understand how to put my car in neutral I had to do it myself. The worst part is that fact that they left my car at a different location than were it was intended for 2 days! I'm thinking it's at the dealership but they parked it on a side street and I received parking tickets. I called and they said oh the manager isn't here. No solution. I came for a U-haul pick up here and ended up waiting for over an hour. When their system wasn't even set up for the online pick up/ "release" of the keys for the U-haul. Do not recommend. Wast of time. If you want to waste your time come. read more

Not only was this my first time getting there help, it's my last time. They were right down the Street where I broke down and took them over an hour to get to me then I got charged and when they tried to charge me again they told me that my card was being declined. Only reason why they were unable to charge me twice and it got declined it so that I wouldn't get charged twice so it showed wrong on their part. When I called they said that that guy was on his way. Don't get me wrong the guy that helped me out was very wuick but just their service and customer service im general kind of sucks. The guy didnt even say hi or introduce himself to me all he did was say sign here sign there I need the key for the tires and then when he finished she said I'm done bye. After getting some horrible customer service from another local company contracted with Triple A (partly my fault, admittedly, but it's how you speak to someone) Auto Aide was sent out by Triple A instead. Although the driver took a while to arrive he was professional and he hooked up my Pick up safe and secure. I was glad that this company sent me a flat bed. When arriving to my house he unloaded my truck nice and slow, treating it with care to not damage my vehicle or front yard. read more

Great Roadside experience. Unfortunately I had to use Auto Aide Towing 2 times in one day and they were amazing. Arrived before ETA and were fast on jump starting and putting on my spare. If I could give them a negative 5 stars I would. They were called out to impound my sons bike. I called the next day to go and pick it up. They said someone would be there until 5pm. I rented a truck to go pick it up and got there and no one was there. I had to flag down one of their drivers to find out that everyone was gone for the day. He called the office to assure I would not be charged for an additional day and they said no. I went the next day and spent 2 hours there arguing with them because they were trying to charge me for another day even though they said they would not. Also, come to find out there were 3 additional bikes that were towed and every single one of us were charged a different amount. I was charged $300 more than one person and $200 more than another. Left a message for the owner/manager and no return call/response at all. The office staff will not even get him/her on the phone. They are completely out to screw anyone they can and they will not fix it. DO NOT use this company ever. This company will take you to the cleaners and back and not even think twice. read more

Had the worst experience with the company and driver named Hector. I had a flat Tyre around 2pm on 10/15/18, called my insurance company which now directed me to Aide Auto towing in Corona. I received an automated message via text that driver will arrive within 75 minutes, after two hours wait, I called Auto Aide Towing, receptionist was very unprofessional, promised to call me back with an estimated time of arrival for driver, which she never did. I called back 5 times but she couldn't give me any information about the driver's whereabouts. First she said she can't get hold of him, another excuse was driver will call me back which he never did, All I got was a run around. Eventually I called my insurance company who now stepped in to deal with Auto Aide. Driver Hector rolled up at 4.44pm with the worst attitude ever. Started with "What's the problem?" Explained I needed to be towed, he said he needed more details. Told him all I know is I need a tow to the Tyre shop. He then threatened me by saying he can refuse to pick up my car if I didn't provide more details. To add salt to the injury after my 2.5 hour wait, all I get is a grumpy driver who only complained about how busy his day had been. Poor customer service, unapologetic staff, they suck. I shall be reporting them to my insurance company as well. read more

I Requested towing from different Towing Company and Auto Aide came to the rescues very reasonable and did what they promise

I've used Auto Aide twice both times were good. First to get my 2013 TDi Beetle to the dealer cos of dead battery - the first fella realised his tow would damage the bug so he told me what to do, I called VW roadside and told them and half hr later a flat bed came and all was well. Today I had to get the flat tire on my Honda CRV switched to the spare, called Honda roadside, and I got the text bout the time he was coming and he came about 20m early; poor Hector was having a time with the stock scissor jack that comes with my car but he got it and got the job done. My CRV is at the tire place right now cos he was awesome. Thanks Hector. read more

Worst customer service ever. We got a flat tire and called Hyundai roadside assistance and they sent this company to come tow us. We waited an hour and a half, finally got a text message saying they would arrive in 5 minutes.. 30 minutes later still nothing. We called and the person on the phone was very rude, told us they couldn't give us an eta. So we called Hyundai only to learn that the towing company had picked up someone else instead. Three hours later we are finally getting a tow to the Hyundai dealership (they called a different towing service for us, which took about 40 minutes.) I would rate this company 0 stars if possible. On Nov 17 these guys were contracted by my auto insurance to jumpstart my dead car battery at the Corona Crossings parking lot. Auto Aide's dispatch then contacted me at close to 4 pm to notify that someone's coming within an hour to take care of the problem. After three more phone calls notifying of delays the service truck finally arrived - almost an hour and a half later! The only reason I'm giving Auto Aide 2 stars is because the service technician Mr. Pacheco was very courteous and helpful in explaining things. read more

Steve the driver was running 45 minutes late so I called to get his ETA. Wasn't trying to give him a hard time in any kind of way. When I asked him how much longer it would take him to get to me, he said it would be another 10 minutes. I wasn't sure who dropped the ball or if he knew what my original quoted time was, but before I could get any further information he interrupted me and began to raise his voice. When I asked him why he was raising his voice with me.... (as I was the one standing on the side of the road with no AC) He admitted to raising his voice and told me if I had a problem he'd be more than happy to cancel the service and that I could call my "auto club" back and file a complaint. However "Steve" as he called himself refused to give me his last name. Great customer service "Steve" if that's even your real name! read more

I guess there are good drivers and bad drivers! I definitely got one of the bad ones. They guy took forever to come for my vehicle, I had to push trash out of the way to sit comfortably in the passenger seat, the truck smelled of garbage, and the driver was talking on his cel phone or texting constantly! In addition I question the safety of the tow truck. It shook quite hard as we drove along and the brakes screeched every time he touched them. I was just not impressed at all. read more

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!So I called Auto Aid Towing to see if they could send someone out quicker (after getting a text with an ETA) this lady name Robin "supposedly is the manager from what she said" she got a total attitude with me and told me to call AAA to get the service from them since they couldn't get here any earlier. She was rude, obnoxious and lacked customer service and people skills. As I was trying to explain her the reason why I needed someone out here quicker she hung up. I called back and she told me that she was not going to send someone out and if I still needed service from them she TOLD me to call back Monday and hung up again... I called back one more time and some guy put me on hold and never came back to help!! Companies like this DO NOT deserve anybody's business! To the lady name Robin..if that's your real name..
