I have had nothing but problems with this store and people over the last 4 years. I regret ever…read moreallowing them to leave their automatic lock system in my car - I should have had them take it out when the problems first began and demanded my money back, instead I'm hundreds of dollars screwed and had to pay someone in Missouri to fix it properly - and he told me it was the shoddiest job he had ever seen in his life.

Picked it uo on the following Tuesday afternoon. We were absolutely shocked to see what they did to our Jeep. The dash was damaged, there was a cut in the dash where they put the stereo, along with scratches and dents The stereo was not flush with the dash and I could see into dash behind the stereo!! The amp was not bolted down just laying under the back seat and there was a horrible buzzing sound when you turned on the stereo that never stopped. When we pointed all this out to them we were told they didn't check it before we saw it. We left it another day. They used a marker (I think) to try to cover scratches, bolted the amp at a angle under the seat with wires exposed and told us that that was just the way the stereo would look, that it coudn't be installed flush with the dash. There are no words to explain just how horrible it looks. We left with the Jeep. The next day I tried to contact the owner to settle the bill after I had taken the Jeepto two different places to have them look at it. I had to order a new bizzle for the dash ($231) to replace the one they damaged and made arrangements to have it repaired and reinstalled correctly. Between two places, seven people saw this mess and couldn't believe this place did this to my Jeep. Well the owner never called me... And yes Home Theater Store, it can be installed flush with dash when wires are not stuffed behind stereo but run correctly.
