DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!! even with the warranty that I got I'm out about $1500 (with warranty paying a additional $2500).not only that but gave me wrong tax info, didn't pay off my trade til I was charged a late fee for none payment (it took almost 40 days and aggravating the crap out of them to get them to do it), and I had to pester them to put tire on my spare rim cause they stole the tire off it to put on another vehicle. Purchased the 2010 F-250 on/around 16AUG16 from AutoBarn. Within 29 days it was in the shop due to a check engine light coming on. Mechanic informed me that the entire fuel system needed to be replaced due to rust in the fuel system. This is a $11,500 repair job on a vehicle I just bought. And a pre-existing issue prior to me purchasing the vehicle (rust won't develop and damage a fuel system in under 30 days) The diagnosis from the mechanic didn't come in until 33 days after purchase; as the dealership was kind of enough to point out. I am aware that used vehicles have some risk, but I called anyway to see if they would help me with the repairs, swap me for a new vehicle or something. I was told it wasn't their problem. And I quote from Reid "would you take a car back to the dealership after 2 years?" Obviously not, but would I after 30 days, yes I would. had a great experience with my purchase here, traded my GTR for a Audi R8 V10. Came in at 8pm and left at 9pm with the new car. They gave me the best deal possible for my trade in and negotiated the lowest rate possible with the bank. Their staff is young and helpful, the experience here is fun compared to the usual places where you have to deal with an old ass sales person that doesn't know anything about the car and they're just trying to make a buck. I purchased a 2007 BMW 328i from this dealership and had a very memorable experience. I would recommend this dealership to anyone. I don't know why people are giving one star for this place. They sell pre owned vehicles, some with very low mileage and some with very high mileage. But as with any pre owned vehicle, some have problems after awhile! Mine had to have the belts replaced, but they gave me a promise repair and it worked out. The service team is very fast. read more

This is a place to avoid. Saturday service was terrible. I showed up at 9:00 sharp as agreed for my appointment, after a 2-1/2 hour drive. No sales people showed up for work until 9:45. The shop folks said this was normal on Saturdays. I was second in line to be served. The first guy was just dropping off a car they had bought from an auction. At 10:30 we walked out the door never to return without ever being shown the vehicle we came to buy. We did get to see the vehicle as their lot is not secured. I was planning to buy an F250. Pieces of this truck were on the passenger seat and one even in the bed of the truck next to it. The truck was not ready for sale. On top of that, it was advertised as having new tires when in reality they were quite used. The service, the product and the advertising were all very sub par. Not saying you cannot get what you want from here, but your odds may be low. read more

This is a 2 part review. The Auto Barn LLC in Newnan, GA not only sells cars, but they have a detail shop. The sales person who sold us the car was really nice. He was knowledgeable and thoroughly explained everything to make sure we were comfortable with the sale. We really appreciated his customer service and hard work. However, I have several complaints about the detail shop. Per our contract, we were supposed to have parts ordered for the car and replaced in their detail shop- free of charge. The service light came on the day after purchasing so the car, so we made arrangements to drop it off at the detail shop. After speaking with someone in the detail shop who told us they would work on it Monday, we dropped the car off early Sunday morning so the work could be done the following day. Around noon Monday, we called to check the status of the repairs, we were told they weren't complete. A phone call at approximately 3:30pm that same day let us know they had not started working on the car but that it would be completed Tuesday. Tuesday at 430pm we stopped by the detail shop to check on the repairs- work had not been started. We were promised it would be completed by 630pm. We went back at 630pm and they weren't done. The service light was still on (even though they said they fixed the problem that caused the light to come one) and now the service light for the brakes was on. We were promised by (the owner/manager- Jason) that all the work would definitely be done 830pm. We arrived at 845pm and not only had the work not been completed, we found out the parts to fix the repairs mentioned in the contract, had not been ordered. We also found out that the mechanic who was working on our car had never worked on that type of foreign car before. This made us very concerned as to whether he knew what he was doing and if he was certified to work on foreign cars. The final straw came Wed morning. My husband drove to the detail shop before they opened to see if any more work had been done after we left the night before. Our car was parked in the lot, doors unlocked, windows down, and the key was in the ignition. At this point we agreed having our car there was doing more damage than good. Wed afternoon we went back to retrieve the car and to speak to someone about the poor customer service and the way the car was left overnight- it could've rained ruining the electric components in the car and/or someone could've stolen the car. After expressing our concerns and meeting another couple who had similar issues with the detail shop; the mechanic (they originally had the same mechanic from the night before working on the car and he didn't know what he was doing, so another mechanic came over) was finally able to reset the service light and changed our brake pads. We left immediately after that and never turned back. Overall, if you're interested in purchasing a car- it's not a bad place. Just don't let them talk you into getting any work done there. Oh! And they left the inside of the car dirty (it's tan leather and there were black streaks of ??? on the arm rest, middle console, and the interior of the driver door). read more

I went to Autobarn & bought an Infiniti G-35. All the people there were real nice & easy to talk to. I really like the car. The day that I bought the car, there were several minor issues I asked them to fix, & they agreed to take care of it. All it was (originally) was a door trim, a seat belt guide, & upholstery needed minor repair. I was told to return in a week & everything would be done. (I live 80 miles away, so it's a 160 mile round trip). 1st trip, upholstery fixed. They didn't get the parts for other repairs. They said to come back after they received them. When I got back home,I discovered emergency brake didn't work at all. I called them immediately & told them, they said come back & they'd fix it along with the other things. I go back, am told they replaced all brake pads & shoes, & it's fixed. Nope. Brake still not working, & other parts still not in yet. Another trip must be made. I had to call repeatedly from work, trying to nail down when I could expect to have this done. Was told they'd check & call back, but never did. Finally talked to Mgr Jason, who told me if I came 1 more time it would be fixed. Went back again, (5th trip), & got the trim & guide finally, & was told brake was fixed. It WAS tight, so I thought maybe it was ok now. Wrong. Brake still not working, & after I was told twice that new parts were installed. Either they thought I was too stupid to realize, or they flat out lied. Not a good feeling. I've given up trying to get this resolved, as it's taken over 800 miles of driving back & forth wasting time, not to mention having to miss work as well. Through all this, the people were still very nice & easy to talk to, but being lied to is bad for business. Not having my problems handled truthfully & timely turns my 4 star review into barely a 2 star. Really sad! Don't let the good reviews fool you either, some of them are from their employees!!! read more

BEWARE! I had a terrible experience with this , so called, company! They sold me a flat out dangerous truck (goes into something called "death wobble" at highway speeds where you lose complete control of the truck until it finally shops violently shaking) and the check engine light came on as soon as I pulled out of the dealership. I was promised that some repairs would be done to the truck and would only take 1 to 2 days. When I dropped the truck off they stopped answering the phone and stopped calling me back for over two and a half weeks until I finally got someone on the phone and told them I was coming to pick the truck up regardless of if it was fixed or not. They stated to me that all of the repairs were done except for one which was only unfinished because they were waiting on a certain part to finish that particular repair. When I arrived to pick the truck up absolutely nothing had even been touched on the truck which angered me severely. I don't appreciate being blatantly lied to after going without my truck for over two and a half weeks. I would NEVER go to this company for anything at all ever in the future. The worst part about this review is I don't even have time to list all of my complaints with this company so I am only hitting some of the worst parts to save everyone some time when reading this. I wish I hadn't bought the truck that I did from them in the first place. I really hate to feel this way when all I wanted was to be pleased with a fairly large purchase. The only bright side to this whole thing is that I can now wash my hands of this company and never ever have to deal with them ever again! read more

BEWARE!! A previous poster nailed it. These are young kids running a circus. The "business" is located in the back of a strip mall, not a stand alone reputable business. Justin M (who gave them a 5 star rating on Yelp 7/30/2015) was the car salesman who sold us our car 2 weeks ago, but when you call and ask for him, they are trained to say "He's with a customer" or "he doesn't work here anymore". We are from a different state and the title has to be mailed. Went to the license office twice and still no title. License office suggested I call the dealership and see where the title was mailed, which would be fine except that the Sales phone number is the only one they answer. Parts, Service, and Other all go to voice mail or have a "not available" message. So I tried internet Chat and was able to reach a person. She couldn't find an address where the title was mailed (or if it had been mailed) but promised that the Internet manager would call me back. Yeah, right. well that didn't happen either. And the extra set of keys--haha that's a joke too. Car manufacturers CANNOT make extra keys from the VIN and just mail them to you as we were told, so don't be fooled like we were. Don't believe any of these other 5 star ratings on Yelp. They are probably from other employees who added them to keep this business from having a one-star rating. BEWARE!!! read more

I called this company on February 26, 2016 in reference to a Chevy Tahoe. I spoke with a representative that told me the vehicle was there and they could get me a better rate than i was offered. I was told once i get there the vehicle and the paper work wold be ready for me. I drove an hour to the location just to find out that the vehicle I wanted was previously sold. They then attempted to place me in another vehicle (of course). The first vehicle my wife and I watched them to attempt to start it 4 different times. Once it was started the salesman drove away then pulled back in front of the location. He then asked us outside to view the vehicle. Once outside i asked if this was the same vehicle they could not start and he lied to my face!!!! He stated, No we parked that one behind the trees..... after the lie they brought out another vehicle that was falling apart. the third vehicle they brought out was nice but not what i wanted. after being at the locations for more than 3 hours a manager decided to pull the roster of incoming vehicles. I saw what I wanted and paper work was started on that vehicle with along with a contract stating if something was wrong with it the contract would be voided. i was then told the vehicle would be ready for me to pick up on Wednesday. Over the next for days i called to get an update on shipping, pictures of the vehicle and the carafax. It took 4 days for my call to be returned and receive the pictures. I still have not received the carafax. I just called an hour ago an no one can tell me if the vehicle is even at the dealership yet. I was told they would get back to me in an hour. We'll see. All I want is communication at this point but its looking like this deal is about to fall through! Very disappointed!!! read more

If you are thinking about purchasing a vehicle from Autobarn in Newnan, Ga.,then buyer BEWARE. They are the most dishonest business I have dealt with. We purchased a car and in less than a year we have spent more in car repairs than car payments. They never return phone calls and the turnover is extremely high. We were given warranty paperwork and told to have repairs made a certified mechanic since we live out of town and that if we provided the invoices, we would be reimbursed. After months of phone calls, and seven e-mails, we were told they were "sorry", but the guy that told us that had been fired and that we should have filed with the warranty company. I was given the warranty company name and number and when I called today, I was shocked to hear that they have no record of our warranty! Needless to say, since we have basically been lied to numerous times with zero resolution to our issues, I will be filing a small claims court file against this company. I urge anyone that is considering buying from this company to check out the Better Business complaints against them and RUN! Worse place ever. read more

On 5/21 I purchased a vehicle from this dealership. Not only did they promise to repair the leather seat and replace the rear view passenger mirror (which they never did) They also scammed me out of $3500. When I purchased my vehicle I explained to the salesman Wesley that I had a total loss vehicle and I wanted to go thru my current lender. Wesley stated they did not use my lender and told me he got me approved with Wells Fargo. At the time of purchasing the car they did not tell me I had any contingencies on my loan finalization. On 6/18 Wesley told me my deal with Wells Fargo fell thru. He stated I would have to bring the car back. When I asked when I would get my money back he replied I would get a portion of my down payment back minus some fees and my 1st month payment. When I told him you guys wasn't Wells Fargo why would I pay you guys anything he states because I had the vehicle. Then he comes back a few mins later saying I'm not getting a refund. As much money as I put down, these guys are trying to rip me off. I have a witness to the conversation I had with Wesley. With him constantly lying and changing things he originally said. I'm disappointed with the service provided by your dealership. They never repaired the seat, replaced the right rear view mirror light or told me the deal wasn't funded. When Wesley contacted me on 6/9 he said he needed that paper showing proof of pay off to get my tags for the car. When I asked him why didn't he tell me he needed that to get my deal funded he gave a sorry excuse of apology for not mentioning it. I request a refund of my money because even before I signed papers I was ask did I have a letter showing my vehicle was paid off, because the process with the insurance company was still going on. I was told at that time do not worry about it. If I knew I needed that to get my deal funded I would of waited until the vehicle was paid off. I can't control what the insurance company pay. I even told Wesley I wanted to use my finance company because they said they could add my balance to my new loan. He said you guys didn't use them and told me he got me approved with Wells Fargo. No one told me my deal had any stipulations. Very poor service! read more
