When he initially determined it was something far worse and I was done for a long repair he offered to drive me to the airport to get a rental car. He ran a full electronic diagnosis and came to the conclusion it was far less sinister that originally thought and he offered to do the repair and have it done before I came back from the beach a week later. Not only did he fix the main issue but he replaced the secondary batteries for a fraction of what a dealer would charge. Mike sent me the full report from the diagnostic report and then the invoice all electronically. Then when I picked the car up he had a lock box with the ability to store customer keys in separate boxes with a combination which was provided after payment and I was on my way home! The Mims Towing flat rate quote of $1,500 was lower than the other tow services that we contacted. Derrick showed up with his big-rig tow truck on time and worked through the many complexities of preparing our rig for towing. He removed the drive shaft, filled the air bag suspension system with air from his tow truck, and was very careful to tow our rig without damage to the fiberglass front cap and the spare tire carrier extending out from the rear towing receiver.
