Mr. Kromer and his wife are very dishonest people. They will lie to you giving you false hope about your car being repaired and then continually add excuses as to why they haven' t completed the work. My experience from the beginning process was nothing but frustration. This shop takes short cuts when it comes to repairing your car and with the insurance money. The first time he only put my front bumper back on and instead of replacing my condenser radiator, he only pulled it out to make it look like it was repaired. He told us that our car was ready, but it clearly wasn't. I called him and told him that my car was not fully repaired and he made excuse after excuse. He picked it up and put the condenser radiator on, but he didn't replace the regular radiator. He also left the check engine light on and the skid light on the dash that he had promised to repair. I also noticed oil on the right bottom of the A/C condenser. He received about 6000 dollars from Progressive and did not repair my vehicle. So now I have a 2020 Kia Sorento with issues because of this shops negligence. I also found their phone linked to our car. So only God knows what else they were doing while in our car. I continually notified Progressive, but they told me that there wasn't anything that they could do. WOW.

We were requested for an inspection by this company's roadside mobile medics or whatever the scammers were. A man named Joshua Cork. I encountered multiple instances of poor customer service. Instead of using the company's webmail, "Joshua" uses its Gmail account. Communication was severely lacking, with delays in responding. My concerns and inquiries weren't taken seriously, leaving me frustrated and confused about the status of my project. " We are super busy and will call you later. We will send you the inspection report at the end of the day. We are working on it and compiling data then sending it to you. What disappoints me the most is the apparent lack of accountability. There was no acknowledgment of the mistakes made, and no effort was made to rectify the situation or compensate for the inconvenience caused. This level of disregard for customer satisfaction is truly disheartening. The whole management is the same fraud, so if you want quick service or if you need assistance, don't go there. Despite sending a complaint email to their email address, they don't respond to you even after you request your requested stuff or work for which you have paid.
