Derrick showed up with his big-rig tow truck on time and worked through the many complexities of preparing our rig for towing. He removed the drive shaft, filled the air bag suspension system with air from his tow truck, and was very careful to tow our rig without damage to the fiberglass front cap and the spare tire carrier extending out from the rear towing receiver. Unable to remove the trailer tire due to the tool being the wrong size, Chico's loaned us the tools to make it happen. Long story short, ended up replacing both tires. Certainly in a position of vulnerability needed tires on the interstate in the middle of nowhere, this place was top notch, super professional and fairly priced. I gave him grace for a while, but was disappointed when he did not honor that lifetime warranty and he was unbothered about it. @Terri, this further confirms your lack of integrity or care for your customers due to this account being under my maiden name.
