I had a repeat issue with my car running hot and they towed us in and then offered to even give us a ride home. They go above and beyond to take care of their customer and I appreciate the quality hometown consistency. When he initially determined it was something far worse and I was done for a long repair he offered to drive me to the airport to get a rental car. He ran a full electronic diagnosis and came to the conclusion it was far less sinister that originally thought and he offered to do the repair and have it done before I came back from the beach a week later. Not only did he fix the main issue but he replaced the secondary batteries for a fraction of what a dealer would charge. Mike sent me the full report from the diagnostic report and then the invoice all electronically. Then when I picked the car up he had a lock box with the ability to store customer keys in separate boxes with a combination which was provided after payment and I was on my way home!
