If you have a insurance claim they will "yeah uh huh" you that they'll fix it but when it comes time to pick it up all you get is bullshit excuses why they think the insurance company wouldn't fix it. First I must say their work was good and they have a lot of customers. Having too many customers is a problem for them. My car was at their shop for over a month and a half and that was the first disappointment as I expected no longer than three weeks. Before the three week period I expected had arrived, they asked my insurance company to grant me extra time for my car rental and said that the car would be repaired by a certain date close to the expected three week timeframe. When that date passed I called them to ask when I might expect the vehicle and another date was given. Then when that date passed I called, again, to ask when I might expect my vehicle and another date was given. That date passed and two more time dates were given for completion of the repair and still no vehicle. Long story short, bad customer service! Not once after a date was missed did they ever call me to explain why. Then finally, I got my car and the outside looked okay but the inside was terrible from sanding dust. Good business but poorly operated. If you want the run around and poor customer service, then this is the place to get your car repaired. read more

LIARS! they lied about everything from day one. They made me wait 2 weeks for an appointment to get the car fixed. They said they would order the parts ahead of time and it would take about a week to do the work. They also said they would coordinate everything with the insurance company. They had it for another two weeks and had not even started the work. Albert said he was waiting on insurance approval for the extra work but never put in for approval. I had to get involved. Another two weeks went by. The car was finally "ready" but they wouldn't release it until they We're paid. They never even bothered to follow up on the payment with the insurance company, I had to do that too. During the final inspection I brought it to their attention... The hood of my car still had paint chips and a big blob of paint. I asked for that to be fixed while we waited for the final check. Should have been easy to just buff it out. The technician was rude and said that wasn't part of the repair when in fact it was. Albert called my insurance company and told them I was a difficult customer. The insurance company called me back after a second discussion with Albert and said it would be taken care of. When I picked up my vehicle it still had not been corrected. I tried to talk to Albert about it again and said the insurance company would not pay anything extra so he wasn't fixing it. They lied through the entire process and did not do any of the things they said they were going to do. The rest of the repairs look okay. How difficult would it have been really to fix the crap job they did on the hood? I was more than patient - nine weeks! save yourself the nightmare - go elsewhere! read more

Though my repair took a day or two longer than they'd hoped because of waiting on some parts, in general I had a great overall experience here. All of the staff were friendly and helpful, and they even touched up a spot on my car in addition to my original repair at no charge. They also are abundantly honest (a great trait in an auto body place), and charged me my exact deductible for a quality repair (no trying to cut corners in order to "shave" some dollars off the deductible or anything shady like that). I hope I don't have to be back very often, because that would mean that I was in another wreck, but if our family has need for some auto body work, I'd definitely return here. One thing to note: They only accept cash and checks (no credit cards), so keep that in mind when you pick up your car. read more

I was at auto collision center this morning to get an estimate on repairing a car. I was just astounded and downright amazed at the way Emily Roberson spoke to her employees and vendors that came into the shop. The manner in which she reprimanded and spoke down to an employee was simply beyond words. A vendor entered her shop with a wheel that his company had repaired and he was delivering it to the shop. She began to berated him for where he left the wheel after being instructed by one of her employees to leave it there. I will not have this company fix my car nor would I ever take any vehicle to someone who treated other people so badly. read more

Freddy and Elbert helped get my car in before I left town for minor repairs and did a great job! They ordered the parts on Thursday and got my car in Monday. I expected them to work on it the next day, but my car was done an hour and a half after I dropped it off. I would go back to them in a heartbeat! read more
