Furthermore, the service team failed to note the age discrepancy of the other tires already on the vehicle, and neglected to inform me of the shop's free rotation policy, which is critical for proper tire maintenance. As a direct result of these omissions, the newly installed tires have experienced premature, uneven wear and require complete replacement after only 7,000 miles. When I brought this issue to the shop's attention, the only resolution offered was a $30 discount on a new set of tires. This token gesture does not adequately address the premature failure of the product caused by the shop's failure to provide standard professional advisement at the time of installation.

Apparently yall got no issue putting my family on the street either. Family don't do that. If this is how yall do business no wonder you can't keep good help. Owner didn't even have the balls to fire me himself. He had one of his little managers do it. I worked my ass off for you and got stabbed in the back. That's pretty dirty.

This made my day a little better with the situation I'm currently in with being a caregiver to my elderly parents and a disabled husband who is one of the family members that's in the hospital . Everything happened overnight and these guys have no idea how this small thing of just bringing my vehicle home has helped me . My car was at their shop for over a month and a half and that was the first disappointment as I expected no longer than three weeks. Before the three week period I expected had arrived, they asked my insurance company to grant me extra time for my car rental and said that the car would be repaired by a certain date close to the expected three week timeframe. When that date passed I called them to ask when I might expect the vehicle and another date was given. Then when that date passed I called, again, to ask when I might expect my vehicle and another date was given. That date passed and two more time dates were given for completion of the repair and still no vehicle. Long story short, bad customer service! Not once after a date was missed did they ever call me to explain why. Then finally, I got my car and the outside looked okay but the inside was terrible from sanding dust. Good business but poorly operated. If you want the run around and poor customer service, then this is the place to get your car repaired.
