She got the car on Feb 21st and by April 21 the car engine exploded and left her stranded on the side of the road. This car lot never offered her any help just told me to take the car to Kia where it was under recall and Kia would have to fix the motor. Well Kia said the car had been in an accident and that the motor and transmission were compressed wich caused the car to malfunction. When I went back to the car lot they refused to help me said it was my daughters fault she had driven the car dry on oil and if we did not leave they would call the police on us. I never spoke ill in any way to this lady and she treated us like trash and spoke to us like we were fools. This car lot basically robbed my daughter!

While we appreciate the technicians attempting to check our air leak, the inspection did not feel…read morevery thorough. The shop quickly concluded they could not find the leak, even though there was clearly a significant air leak still present. The receptionist who answers the phone was excellent and very professional, and we want to acknowledge that. However, we were intitially overcharged and had to ask for the corrections to the bill. A road call fee was added even though we brought the truck directly to their shop. When we questioned the charges for what ended up being no actual repair, the main concern seemed to be getting the bill paid rather than addressing the issue with the diagnosis. We understand that diagnosing truck problems takes time and we are always willing to pay for legitimate service. Unfortunately, in this case the inspection felt rushed and the problem was not resolved. We are not leaving this review to unfairly criticize the business, but simply to share our experience so other drivers know what to expect if they need repairs in the Somerset, KY area. Hopefully the shop can improve their diagnostic process and customer communication going forward.
