Used to be the only place i would trust my car for service. But i don't know what happened to this place but their customer service is shit. I'm a busy person and and my days off are random, and I have never had this issue with them but today is second day they turned me away for oil change because I don't have a appointment. And for a dealership that size you would expect they would accept all customers. I suggest you put a sign up front that says by appointment only so you don't waste my time. read more

The absolutely worst service department in South Eastern KY. I called and made an appointment to get truck my door fixed a week in advance. They had already looked at the door and made a parts list. The day of the appointment I took a day off of work to get repairs done and dropped the truck off 30 minutes early for an 11:00 appointment. After 4 hours I called to see if it was ready for pickup. They couldn't find my order and said they would call back. After another hour of not hearing from them I called again....the service department said " uh...were we supposed to order the parts for the door???" Duh how do you fix the door with no parts!!!! So to sum it up ..I had missed work for an entire day to get truck fixed....they had the truck for an entire day and hadn't done a thing to it!!! I would NOT own another FORD if this is the only place there was to get it serviced!!! read more

I wouldn't recommend anyone do business with Don Franklin in London Ky, I'm a returning customer and recently bought a truck from them after buying a new fusion from them a couple years back. I've ran into multiple different problems over the last 2.5 months, I've been driving on an expired temp tag since 10/08/20 and not only have I called them to see what the deal was, I have went over in person 2 times now. I called on 10/16/20 and asked about getting a new temp tag which they said would be overnighted to me (which that was a Friday so I expected Monday) Monday came and still no tag, then Tuesday, then Wednesday and still nothing. Every time I go over they seem to forget about the temp tag because they're so busy trying to explain how covid has slowed everything to a crawl, regardless of the fact that I have sold and bought two motorcycles back in April and May(height of covid closings) a car, and a truck and received no such issues. So I went over and asked them why I still have an expired temp tag and come to find out the truck they sold me had a lien on it and now after 2.5 months they're just now getting the lien removed from the truck and just starting the process of putting the truck in my name. On top of all the titling/lien issues, the financial information for the bank that I would be paying was put in wrong so for the last 2 months I've been sending payment to a bank that didn't finance my truck so I haven't made a payment to my real bank either. read more
