We also paid extra for him to record the white circle under the window. We had to bring her back so he could paint the whole back panel to blend. I would have been happy as you would not be able to tell the color obvious difference. After about 1 week, we reached out to the company to check status. NO response. The next day my husband drove by to check and they left my truck parked out in the yard UNLOCKED. There was a black paint mark on my white seat. This place shows no respect for you, your time or your property. Lee the owner could have fixed the initial review but instead ... here we are. Literally any shop could have gotten this close.

Other than that I am extremely pleased with their work. They told me they would have it done within five business days. I took it in on Monday morning and got it back on Friday evening, roughly 30 minutes before they close. They sent someone to pick me up and he was so nice and friendly. The lady at the front desk also is so nice. Actually, everyone was nice and seemed really down to earth. They even did something that I didn't know they would do and which was a nice touch -- they vacuumed it out and had it looking all nice for me when I came to pick it up. I definitely would recommend them. They also worked with my insurance so that I didn't have that added stress. I can't really speak toward cost because it was $1,000 out of my pocket regardless since that's my deductible and insurance covered the rest. One other thing is unlike other shops I had contacted, I didn't have to drop it off with them for a day for them to give me an estimate. They did that initial estimate on my lunch break.

Besides those customer service complaints, I will return for future after market add ons or acute cosmetic body work. Plus they are the only shop the work on Tesla's.
