This is a review for the 3 times my truck has been in their shop…read more The First time I only had 11k miles on my truck and a belly dump trailer opened up on i35, trashing my windshield, grill, lights, fog lights and everything had to be replaced and repainted. They were very helpful though the whole experience and used genuine ford parts. The second time I was hit from behind, they took care of everything and it turned out flawless. The 3rd time something fell off of a truck and did a lot of damage to my truck. The collision center and the service dept worked together and with 48k miles the truck looks new again. I was informed that uninsured motorist would not replace genuine parts on my truck and when 'Jami' seen that I was unhappy, she found genuine parts and price matched the embossed 'Ford' windshield to the "knock off" windshield. All the dash and electronics were genuine Ford also. This company just didn't shrug their shoulders, they rolled up their sleeves and made it happen. I think it is unfair to have cheaper parts installed on a vehicle when the accident is someone else's fault. If you are reading this check your policy about aftermarket parts. Thank you Reynolds Ford, the Service center, collision center and thank you "Jami" for making it all happen. I know you put a lot of time in dealing with the insurance and taking it to have the stripes put back on. Thank you for enduring my pessimism that the truck would never be the same; You did an excellent job. Also the warranty that comes with the repair is unbeatable. Other than that I am extremely pleased with their work. They told me they would have it done within five business days. I took it in on Monday morning and got it back on Friday evening, roughly 30 minutes before they close. They sent someone to pick me up and he was so nice and friendly. The lady at the front desk also is so nice. Actually, everyone was nice and seemed really down to earth. They even did something that I didn't know they would do and which was a nice touch -- they vacuumed it out and had it looking all nice for me when I came to pick it up. I definitely would recommend them. They also worked with my insurance so that I didn't have that added stress. I can't really speak toward cost because it was $1,000 out of my pocket regardless since that's my deductible and insurance covered the rest. One other thing is unlike other shops I had contacted, I didn't have to drop it off with them for a day for them to give me an estimate. They did that initial estimate on my lunch break.

We also paid extra for him to record the white circle under the window. We had to bring her back so he could paint the whole back panel to blend.
