I brought my car here after someone hit it while it was parked. The whole front bumper came off, and there was other damage besides. They gave me an estimate quickly and stuck to it. My car was difficult to find parts for, but they went to great effort to find them, and the whole job was completed much sooner than I was expecting. The car looks perfect now, and they cleaned it up really nicely. My ordeal with my insurance company had been stressful, so it was such a relief that everything with Auto Craft was so straightforward and simple (at least on my end). This shop was pleasantly workable. I was a little worried initially, as their showroom is a little over the top, and I was afraid they might be all about making money. I was wrong. Every individual was courteous, helpful and respectful. They worked with the insurance company (who were behaving horribly) and the insurance company paid all but $88. Our share originally was going to be over $300 and this accident was not our fault (someone side-swiped our car in a parking lot). We are very happy with all the body work done and if we are ever in need of auto body work again, we will definitely come back to Auto Craft. read more

I had little accident with my car. I was so worried about the cost to fix it. Kevan an everyone else was so professional as well as nice and helpful to me. Which really helped calm my nerves. He found a less expensive part for my car that did not require using my insurance. Big savings. One could never tell the part was replaced. Looks like new again. Such a nice change to have them do and not try to over charge or cheat me for things that were not needed to do the repair. Hope I never need a body shop again but if I do will defiantly go back to Auto Craft again. read more

This is the place to go for collision repair! Was told it would probably take 2 days and it did. Friendly, knowledgeable staff (and adorably sweet shop dog), all work included a warranty and the best part...they practically detailed the inside and out of my car! Had I known they were going to do that I would have tried to get some of the crazy amount of fur cleaned in advance. No joke they got it all out, cleaned the mats and wiped everything down beautifully. Oh and repairs to the body of course, looks good as new. Highly recommend! read more

My car was hit just days before leaving to drive to CA for vacation and i was nervous i wouldnt get my car back in time if i took it into a shop for repair. Auto Craft did an amazing job. I was in an accident so they worked directly with the insurance, had the rental keys there for me to pick up and drop off. They even did little things like come out to me so I didn't have to leave my kids in the car when getting the estimate. My car looks great, communication was amazing (test updates are a bonus!), and they even fixed a door that another repair shop had messed up. I would highly recommend. read more

I recently took my BMW M3 to Auto Craft to look at my bumper. My husband had backed into a wall while backing into a parking place. I did not want to use my insurance and It only had a couple of small creases in it . They buffed out the spots and whole bumper making it look as good as new. When I returned from lunch they gave me the keys saying "no charge"! I will go back to Auto Craft for repairs on all my cars! read more
