I cannot emphasize enough just how much I appreciate this company's service. Not only does the inside of my car look absolutely brand new (a car that I've had people spill things in for the better of 4 years), but it has a shine on the outside that cleverly hides the rest of the marks that requires an intense body shop makeover to fix. Andrea is an absolute sweetheart who both shows and tells how much she enjoys her work. She greets you so energetically if you meet her in the morning to drop off your car, and also allows you to drop it off before or after hours, if its more convenient for you, with a nifty secure key box to put your car keys in. Although, it is highly recommended to be there in person to pinpoint the areas you want to make sure are noticed. You can also pick up your car after hours without any worry at all (Andrea will explain the method to you). Just this one interaction alone shows how the company as a whole regards ease of service and customer comfort to a high degree. Andrea also messages you throughout the day in case she finds any issues with the car (i.e. my sister had a defect with her car's air vent and Andrea had actually texted her with a DIY solution using a paperclip). At the end, she messaged me the most wonderful pictures of my freshly cleaned car, and we both fawned over the results through text. The owner, Aric, is poster child of customer service. There was a slight miscommunication about what I wanted done with my car, and all it took was one call to Aric, three rings to be precise, for him to pick up and clarify how the mistake happened and to confirm that he fixed it. He is so friendly to talk to, clearly knows what he's doing, and makes the whole process of getting my car detailed much less stressful than I first imagined. Most easy and convenient tinter in the Austin/RR area

I bought a 2-year-old car and though it wasn't super dirty I wanted the interior detailed to remove any dirt from the previous owner. Arik did an amazing job. When he was done, it looked and smelled brand new! I also had the exterior detailed and am so glad I did. I barely need my wipers on when its raining, the water beads up and slides right off my windshield. I'll definitely be back for future needs and have already recommended ADA to friends. read more

I got a Groupon for the exterior clean/sealant because the interior one was sold out. I looked at a lot of Groupons but settled here after I confirmed through Yelp that the business was reputable; they have nothing but rave reviews (that are well warranted!). I had a little bit of trouble actually scheduling the appointment because at this point they only schedule over the phone and I did play some phone tag with Aric, but my job makes it hard for me to take phone calls so this was partly on me. When I finally did reach them, it was an easy process to schedule and I got in within a few days. I added on the interior detail and he gave me a pretty awesome deal- quite a bit lower than I have been quoted in the past. I think the fact that they don't have a "front desk" staff to answer phones just means they can pass more savings on to customers...anyway, I dropped my car off with Andrea at 0800 and I could tell right away that she was going to be fanatical and an absolute perfectionist- exactly who you want detailing your car! I had to go to work overnight, but Andrea kept me updated with text photos and comments throughout the day and into the evening. She worked on the car like a mad woman all day! I couldn't pick up my car until the following morning but they have a handy drop box system so you can leave your car and secure your keys (with a private code) on drop off or pick them up they same way. My car, which is 3 years old, now looks brand new. I could not find one piece of lint or remnant of food. It was 100x better than I could have imagined- I didn't even want to get in it to drive it home for fear of getting it dirty- it was so pristine! My husband joked that they gave me back the wrong car. He's already promised to ditch his detailing company and use Auto Detailing Austin, the next time his car needs a revamp. I got my car tinted on 6/20 at the Round Rock location and it is perfect. I price shopped every shop close to my homes in Round Rock and San Antonio and no one was even close for the quality of tint at the price Eric offered me. Not only that, but he cuts the tint using his server, so he didn't have to take off my spoiler to measure (another $50 charge at other shops). We were debating replacing the carpet in our Suburban when I decided to give Car Tronix a shot to see if they could help get all of the stains out before I spend $$$ to replace. I am selling my wife's car and it was a complete disaster. My daughter had spilt food and drinks in the car, got gum stuck to the middle console, and it was just in really bad shape physically. I bought my new car from a friend for a pretty big discount. Unfortunately, that came with a lot of ground-in dog hair, and she also smoked like a chimney. I had already made peace with some of the dog hair sticking around. Especially after Aric saw it and said it might not all come out. Well, I really wish that I had taken a before and after picture because he managed to get basically every hair in my car. I was very impressed. It took him 3 hours just for the hair, and I am so grateful that he took the time to do it. I highly recommend this guy. I also highly recommend paying the 25 bucks for him to come pick up your car and then dropping it back off. I just met him at my work around 8:30am, he took my car(leaving me with his loaner/emergency car), and then he came around 4:30pm. I didn't have to worry about anything. Aric was great. Mobile Cartronix came to my office to look at my headlight. My headlight was extremely oxidized and was barely giving out much light at night. In about an hour, Aric had polished the headlight and removed all the oxidation - now it looks brand new! I'm very happy. I plan to use them for detailing in the future. read more

Aric and his crew did an excellent job of detailing my 2009 Camry. My Camry did not have any detailing done on it in over 2 years. Over the years the car had suffered various superficial scratches and I wanted to see if they could be taken care of. Aric was able to follow up with me in a timely manner when I called him about the detailing. Aric was very detailed on the phone on what services would be right for the car. Aric did not provided any false promises on some scratches that may be too deep to fix immediately. Aric did mention that many of the deep scratches could be worked on if I get the car paint from a dealership/auto store. Aric was able to pick up my car since I was taking care of my baby daughter on the appointment date. I find that an incredible service in that I would have had a difficult time getting the car serviced without Aric's pick up service. Aric was able to discuss further with me about the care the car would receive before he left. While the car was being worked on Aric provided me with a couple of text message updates about the car which was a nice touch. Aric returned the car about 5 hours later. The interior cleaning was incredible. I can say confidently that the car was as clean as I got it in 2009. Aric and his guys were so thorough that they found some apple underneath the seat that we were completely unaware of. The exterior work was great too! Many of the scratches were smoothed out (about 80-90 percent). Later, one of my coworkers that has not seen me with my Camry mentioned that he thought I just got a brand new car! There were still some scratches that were visible but I understood that it will take some extra work to get those fixed. Aric had provided me information on how we can work on that in the future. Bonus: Aric is very knowledgeable about cars and was able to explain to me about a possible interior dashboard defect that the car might have. Thats really important since the car warranty may cover that for me. In addition Aric was able to tell me where to get a new car visor saving me money in replacing the visor. The price for the detail was fair for the excellent work put in. I am planning to use Auto Detailing Austin for further detailing on the car. read more

Holy miracle worker!!!! I can't even explain the miracle that was performed on my car. After having literally over a hundred dogs in there, I was hopeless about trading it in. The owner was super nice, accommodating, and very easy to reach. He was realistic about what could be done to my car so you can imagine my surprise when I saw my car looking all shiny and new!!!!!!! I brought my car to them looking really rough. It had deep swirl marks all over it as well as numerous long scratches. It looked like it had been raced through briar bushes. I was hoping to get rid of the swirl marks as best as possible and I figured that the scratches might be lightened up a bit, but I figured that most of it I would just be living with permanently. Well, they pulled off something just short of a miracle as the swirl marks were eradicated and almost all of the scratches were gone. OH. MY. GOODNESS. I purchased a groupon for this place for interior detail/restoration. I expected decent results but not a miracle - if you're thinking of buying a groupon for ANY services do it now. My experience: I call and schedule an appointment with Aric - very friendly on the phone, we talked about the condition of my car and what to expect. Now, my car is 11 years old. I just got some work done on the engine and my mechanic told me other than what he fixed that my car looked better than 2012s he sees. So I decide to invest a little on the cosmetic things. I'm pretty sure it's never been washed - only surface vacuumed. and the last owner had a dog that went to the park and came back wet, things like that. I really didn't know it was *so bad* until I got there. At the shop, you're greeted with Aric who is just as great in person. He'll go over your car with you and give you an idea of what to expect. I think he errs on the side of caution so as not to oversell what they can do. He tells you about his proprietary blend of chemicals but I think proprietary is just another word for magic. When I came to pick my car up it was BEAUTIFUL. My dark tan upholstery was back to BEIGE - it had never been beige the 4 years I've owned it. My carpets looked FABULOUS. and the dash, just get out of town. All the nooks and crannies and everything was cleaned and sanitized (if you leave anything in a glove compartment they bag it for you very nicely and place it in the trunk when they are done!). I also elected to get the headlight restoration and an exterior cleanse. On the phone, Aric offered a special deal for grouponers who got the interior deal, saying how most people who see their results and say they wish they had gotten something on the outside done too. So glad I did, it looked so nice. And the headlight restoration - once again, did not know how bad they were until afterwards. They look brand new and I have a much better angle of light when driving around in the dark. A week later and I am still flabbergasted at how clean everything is. My friends can't believe how clean it is and tell me it looks like a different car completely. I took pictures and sent them to my family and my best friend (I bought the car from her sister) and everyone is just blown away. I'm so happy with my small investment because it has made all the difference to me. The staff is so friendly and helpful and the end product is unbelievable. My husband and I took our 9 year old Nissan Versa in to be detailed, and we couldn't be happier. When I called to make an appointment, Aric was super nice and very informative. I signed up for the interior & exterior w/sealant combo, which Aric said generally took several hours, and boy you could tell they spent the time on the car. The interior was immaculate, down to every nook and cranny. The exterior looked great too, and they even filled in a rust spot where the paint had completely chipped away. The one thing about Aric that you don't find at a lot of detail places is the PRIDE he takes in his work. He simply will not allow an imperfect car to leave. When I arrived to pick up mine, he flagged down a black Camaro that was just pulling out so he could do a quick polish to a smudge on the hood that had just been placed there. Austin has some really, really good shops, including some owned by some friends of mine. But I was directed toward Aric by folks who had severe swirl problems. In short...he NAILED it. He took my 2006 Miata from a streak-filled refugee from south Texas to near show car status. I have never, ever, ever seen a detail job this perfect. Huge improvement in my 8 year old Honda's appearance inside and out. Like new interior. I had never cleaned the interior, so there was grime around many of the nooks and crannies, like on the steering wheel, arm rest, and dash controls. This was all completely removed, something I didn't think was possible. The owner went above and beyond to find matching touch-up paint to repair some scrapes on my bumper, something I greatly appreciate. It was very convenient with pickup and delivery at my office. He was able to pull out the stains from my jeans on the front seat and clean up all the little spills in the carpets. Wow. If there were more than 5 stars I would give more! We moved and drove with 4 kids, 2 adults and a dog from New Jersey to Austin. Needless to say my car was a complete and total disaster. We had salt from snow, food, and all things that come with four kids two adults and a dog and a car for three days at 10 to 12 hours. When I called they immediately called me back and set up a time to get my car dropped off which was extremely easy and I immediately received a text message with the progress status update the next morning. I love that I was able to drop my car off the night before and they left the key in the dropbox for me to pick up at my convenience. I am now very close to refusing to ever let my family get back in the car it looks amazing. They did a phenomenal job and the customer service is absolutely outstanding. I just got my car back from Eric, and I am so very impressed! We had him do a complete inside and out detail job on our '08 Nissan, and it now looks brand new! Even the air vents and all the nooks and crannies in the console are spotless. The car smells great, too. The outside is spotless, as are the wheels. We had some road dirt corrosion under the rear spoiler and he was able to remove that successfully. Also, I had originally asked him to restore the headlights, but he told me that he didn't think we needed to have that done, so he saved us some money there.
