When I dropped off my vehicle I told Travis at the front desk that the AC wasn't working and I needed to have the breaks looked at as well. I asked if he would call me before doing any work because I know the AC isn't working but I don't know why. He said yes they'd give me a call. It was almost an hour later and I still hadn't received a call, so I called them back to see what they found was wrong. I was told they had recharged the AC, we're doing a break inspection, and my bill would be $336.00! I was very upset because that is not what we discussed when I dropped my vehicle off and the work was not authorized beforehand. My total bill was $367.16! I was told by Travis that's the only way they can check what's wrong with an AC is to recharge it. I asked what the AC service check for $9.99 includes then?! Travis said, that service includes turning your AC on and feeling if it blows cold air or not."
