They asked me for a VIN photo, promised they had the part in stock, and said the work would be done. What actually happened? NOTHING. They didn't replace the sensor, didn't touch the wheel, didn't do a damn thing. Then they held my trailer hostage and demanded money for some made-up "fees." I never requested diagnostics, never approved any extra services. The only thing I wanted was a simple sensor replacement -- and they flat out refused to do the job. This is pure extortion and fraud. There were electrical issues, they checked the battery and said it was perfectly fine and ended up replacing some fuses. Then the battery kept dying. Well, I replaced the battery and wouldn't you know... the battery that was in there, from before I acquired the vehicle and it was clearly the wrong size! How can you check the battery and say it's fine, when it's obviously not the right one. pretty sad that I can figure out issues as a female and fix them, but a trained professional can't?? From now on I'll be doing every repair I can. Oh and they also put the oil filter on so tight that it couldn't be removed without cracking the oil pump housing. Now my passenger door won't open from the inside, only on the outside and they broke all of my window buttons, so now I have to replace those as well (which I'll do myself). Needless to say, don't have your vehicle serviced there if you don't want to keep bringing your vehicle in and paying more money. Very very disappointed and will NEVER go there again or recommend anyone else to go there as well.
