February 21, I entered into an agreement with the company to ship my vehicle from Seattle, WA to Los Angeles, CA. As part of this agreement, I paid a $100 deposit. The company confirmed the booking and indicated that my vehicle shipment would be scheduled promptly. As of today, April 4, more than six weeks later, the company has not scheduled the shipment, nor have they provided any clear timeline or resolution. Despite multiple attempts to follow up, I have not received satisfactory communication or progress regarding my vehicle transport. Additionally, when I requested a refund of my $100 deposit due to their failure to perform the agreed service, the company refused. Instead, they have continued to send messages prompting me to "ship my car again," which is both confusing and unprofessional given the unresolved status of my original request. I could leave NO stars I would. I am a 23 yr retired veteran on a fixed income that put my trust in Auto Freight Carriers LLC to find me a company to transport my truck. They are just as responsible for the damages to my truck as the company they hired "Diesel Auto Express" to move my truck. NEVER TRUST OR USE THIS COMPANY. I had my new truck transported from TX to WA and when I received my truck it had damage to the entire front of my truck. It took me weeks to get a hold of the company to file a claim for damages. Then there insurance company AIG rejected my claim. The estimates were $10,000 worth of damage. The contract that the transport company and insurance company used basically lets them pick any reason to damage your vehicle and not pay for it. My next step is to get a lawyer. No Company should be allowed to do business and not be held responsible for damages. I will be sending my story of what is happening to the local news stations. No one especially a disabled military veteran should be taken advantage of by a company that is does business in this country that I served so that they can have freedom to score over Americans. read more

They want me to agree to pay more than they quoted. They are really high pressure to get you to sign an updated contract for more money also. "Have to do it now or you are going to lose the price and the driver" But they don't have a driver lined up. Trying to find a company to ship a truck from CA to IA. Big mistake trying to work with this company. These folks strung us along giving us a "contract" and everything for $1135 but no details about date/time and such or who is picking it up. When asked about those details they then say "well we've checked with some drivers and the drivers want $2400 instead." What?! What the heck is the contract for? I told them I'm not happy with their tactics and I want to cancel the request. I very well might end up paying that much but I won't do business with them. Well after repeated emails back and forth and their supposed conferences with drivers to get a lower price they now aren't responding to me at all and I still can't get them to cancel this contract so I can work with another company. It has been a huge waste of time for me. **update** The contract was finally cancelled within 24hrs of the request and the original review was posted and I was able to secure services with another company. Absolute scum bags !!! I was quoted in writing a price to ship my car from California to Pennsylvania for $680 . Auto Freight Carriers harassed me for days after they quoted me to sign their agreement for services . After we both signed the contract they (Auto Freight Carriers ) said that the price was not longer valid and it was now going to cost $2,800 for the same service. They did not honor their own written contract and attempted to charge my credit card more money . I have never experienced a more un-ethical organization . They pull information as soon as you request a shipment online, then will list your car before you even speak to them, when you chose a solid business to go though you have to call them to remove the fake listing. They will then photoshop your listing from the other company with an inflated price to scare you into backing out and try to scam you into going through them instead, at which point I'm guessing they begin to try to steal money from you. read more

William Parker is one of the biggest scammers Ive ever seen he tells me to sign a contract in order to believe the price I was told is the final price however a day before pickup he tells me its going to cost $500 more then what the contract was. We paid $150 as a deposit with the remainder, according to the contract, to be paid upon delivery.
