This Company makes participates with Carfax reporting. My guess is that they are paid by Carfax for…read morethis service. The problem is they makes numerous errors in their reporting. They added a repair to a different car to my report which inflated my mileage on the Carfax report by over 70,000 miles. That impacted the fair value of my used car and resulted in exceptionally low offers for sale. Then Kool Breeze refused to helped and thought it would be a good idea to curse at me. Don't use these folks. They will cost you money!!!
