Abe's was the nearest open shop and they were nice enough to look at my car as soon as I got in. The owner was willing to quickly order parts and get the car fixed by the next day. But instead, he showed me how to use my credit card's rental insurance to cover the repairs for free through the rental car agency. There were many many overcharging the customer going on not just with me. The surrounding neighborhood was talking about southside repair i heard it from some of the local businesses also. It was Southside Repair responsibility to fix it right the first time. I am understandable if it breaks again within the warranty that they fix it. I'm all about 2nd chances.
