WARNING: This Dealership Sells Lemons & Blames You For It I bought a car here a few months ago and put down a large sum of money. Within weeks, the car started having issues. I reached out to the owner immediately after, hoping for help. Instead, I got a rude, combative response and was blamed for the problems -- even though I had just bought the car. I recently took it to a certified BMW dealership, and they confirmed what I already knew: the car had serious issues that were never disclosed. I have the full inspection report AND video proof to back this up. This dealership: Takes your money Sells you damaged cars Blames you when things go wrong Refuses to help or take accountability They knew what they were doing -- and they chose to lie instead of do right. We bought a car from here and hasn't even been 30 days and we already took it back to be checked out. The car sat in their lot for a year. Cars collect dust and rust after sitting. This is expected. However before we bought it we told them, the steering wheel shakes when you're breaking. They gave us the whole "take it home drive it, get the rust off. If it still shakes bring it back we'll take care of it" When we called them two weeks later to tell them "Hey we're still having this issue" They said "Well you need to drive it hundreds of miles and the problems will go away" ummmm GTFOTH!!! No one is driving a car that steering shakes when you're breaking hundreds miles. So this week we bring the car back, they claim "it's only money, I'll take care of it. I want you to be comfortable" Well wouldn't you know they called us back after they hand over the car to us talking bout "we need to pay them for the labor" Excuse me? They lied and told us "we took car of everything, new tires, new brakes etc" So why if you took care of everything we're still having this problem? We've had this car two weeks! We are under warranty for the car!!! There should absolutely be NO COST!!! None! ****UPDATE**** So these guys did attempt to make amends. The deductible was not charged and they did fix the issue with the car. It's been a few weeks and the car drives well. They even called to check up on us. Could have been a misunderstanding or miscommunication but still. I stand by my first claim. Don't buy nothing from here. Since we've gotten the car we've had to things just fall off, side mirror fell off while nobody was driving touching doing a thing to the car. Now the review mirror just fell off while I was driving it. You can clearly see they used glue to repair it. Just don't man ... save yourself the trouble. read more

Just purchased an 2007 Audi A4 Convertible from here. They were fantastic in providing a smooth purchase experience handling everything from A-Z for getting the car ready to go. Do not purchase a car from these guys! I purchased an fx from them a year & a half ago. Ive spent about 3000 in repairs. Also they lied to me when I purchased the car I was told there have not been any accidents the owner will show you a Carfax it from his phone it is BS! Yesterday I went to go trade the vehicle in and of course when they pull the VIN it showed the car had been in an accident!!! Have been here a number of times for some repairs on my car. The mechanic is friendly, knowledgeable and seems to be honest. I drive an older vehicle, so when I go in for a repair, he tells me only what HAS to be done and makes sure I want to put more money into it. That, to me, means a lot because I have been to plenty of shops that would love to charge me for anything they could. long story short my father and i were looking to buy a Mini cooper for myself since they're small and get good gas milage. After dealing with Lewis (awesome guy nice and fun to joke with) at the somverville auto gallery we came to this one to pay for the car. This is where fun stops. This other guy here told us we couldnt buy the car because i was not yet 18. Apparently he knows the law very well since he googled it. I know very well since we bought my sister a car when she was only 17 at a bonafide dealership that i do not have to be 18 to buy the car. Finace it yes i will have to be 18 but buying it? No. he knows we were paying in full and buying it then Lewis called him and told him we were buying it. My father had the check in hand and showed him it, but that guy wouldnt sell us it. He was also very rude to my father to the point where it pissed me off and i just told my dad lets go and find a new car to buy. Lewis called me later and i told him what had happen and he was confused to what that guy was talking about as well. couple days later though the owner of all the auto galleries contacted me. He was a nice guy he wanted the whole story and so i told him. He offered us a new offer with some discounts but after what my father and i went through i'd rather not go back there again. I had my eye on a car here, went here and looked at it some more and asked for a test drive. I was told that they require a deposit for a test drive.. WHAT? I have NEVER heard of that in my life!!! I have bough cars at legit dealerships, such as Ira, etc. and NEVER in my life have I heard that before. But I did want the car soooo badly so I figured I would give them their $100 deposit and sign whatever form they made me sign in order to get my deposit back.. only guess what? THERE WAS NOTHING TO SIGN!! So they just expected me to give them $100 as a "deposit" for a test drive, then when I come back, they would give me my deposit back?! YEAH RIGHT!!! how do I know they were gonna give me my money back!?!?? This is the worst and most unprofessional place I have ever been to in my life and their practices are just unethical. This place by far is the worst dealership ever. These men are very unprofessional and will try to make every cent off you that they possibly can. They do not keep they're words and to say the very least extremely RUDE. I highly recommend you going to another dealership. I regret giving them the time of day. It took them over 3 weeks to handle things with the bank. I know they were scheming the whole time. Trying to buy time and have me run around in circles to get bullshit papers. They gave me a ridiculous interest rate, was only able to give me a 4 year term even with a co-signer. They left me very limited options when I know in fact they were lying so they can make more money. They mistreated and mislead me by taking advantage because of my sex.
