    What great service I got once more at this Five-Star dealership. The professionalism courteousness and knowledge are invaluable keeping my new car running like the day I bought it. I'm always able to speak with someone and get a great explanation of what was done or needs to be done. They have pick up and drop off service which is invaluable for me as I'm disabled. Congratulations to Peter Vincent and his automotive technical crew. Thanks again and I highly recommend Colonial Cadillac of Woburn for Service and Sales!

    Initial damage from hit and run.

    NEVER TAKE YOUR CAR HERE FOR SERVICE. Here is a list of issues I've experienced at Colonial Cadillac following my Cadillac being hit in a parking lot on 5/17/21. 1- By the time AAA would have been able to deliver the vehicle to Cadillac of Woburn, it would have been after hours. I called to ask where the late-night drop off was and I was told Mahoney's Garden. I relayed this to the tow truck driver. Apparently they meant to say McCue's Garden. 2- The next morning I called to confirm that the vehicle was on site. I was told that they did not have it,  even though I explained it was an after hours drop off. I panicked. They then went over to McCue's and saw that it was there. Luckily, the tow truck driver used his judgment and dropped it off at McCue's instead of Mahoney's.  What if he took it to Mahoney's?  Who would have been liable if it was damaged or towed? 3- Separate from the damage from the hit and run, my cruise control stopped working.  I was going to pay to repair the cruise control out of my own pocket . The cruise control button lights up on the steering wheel but does not engage.  I made this clear on the phone and in writing. Yet, Service Manager Christian Aylward insisted that I needed a camera, part number 23393373,  which is for the lane departure system that would cost $748.44 and would need to be ordered, delaying the repair.   I called service at a different MA Cadillac location and they said that part is not for my cruise control.   I forwarded that conversation to Christian. He said I should take it elsewhere to fix the cruise control.  4- Now, the worst part. Christian told me on 5/28 that the vehicle was ready to be picked up.  I did not have a rental, so I took the T and then an Uber to get there.  Billing mistakenly let me leave without paying my deductible. They pulled the car up.  It was filthy, and the vehicle still had damage from the accident! The body shop was not finished, even though Christian told me to pick up the vehicle. I was not able to take my car that day. A front desk person told me the wrong drop-off spot. Decisions the service technicians made at Woburn confused technicians at other Cadillac locations. The service manager told me to pick my car up when it was not ready. General Manager Alex Rogers ignored me when I brought all of this to his attention. Billing did not charge the proper amount. As you can see, from receptionist to General Manager and everywhere in between, Cadillac of Woburn is a disaster. It took me over two weeks to finally get my car back after sustaining what was estimated to be $1,000 worth of damage. I figured taking it directly to Cadillac, even though they are not a Geico preferred partner, was best. I was very wrong. If you are getting nothing but body work done, feel free to work with the body shop. But DO NOT DEAL WITH SERVICE.

    Dennis and the sales manager like to lure customers in just to ghost them. They are only looking for naive customers they can price gauge.

I have been bringing my cars to George for over ten years, everything from small maintenance to major repairs, his integrity and work is outstanding. Just recently George advised me to take my daughter's 10 yr. old XI to the Medford Dealer to look at the rear camera problem for a software issue. It needed a new battery anyway, so I reluctantly did. A few hours later service center is sending me videos of oil leaks, starter wires, undercar shield (which I knew about) $500 for battery I was expecting, if I wanted to repair these other issues would be $3500.00 I said no. I go to pick up car drive a few feet out of lot and the turn signals were going crazy, error messages, I just turned around, you did something, or missed something, the service rep wanted me to get back in line for another service call!! Wonder what they would have "found" then!!! WTF!!! I could not drive back to Georges quick enough (lol) His mechanic and son were there that day, told them what happened, within a day George says the oil leak was not there, the blinkers were broke, anyway he fixed everything, put undercar shield, and found a grill piece to complete the look for about $400. This just happened a few weeks ago, it's rare, but George is and has always been this way.

But as "luck" would have it, and as I passed my old friends at WAR this morning, I noticed a flat tire. These things always happen when you're feeling out of luck, or when you least expect it. Today was one of those days, and this was about to put me over the edge. I popped into WAR, as it was just around the corner, hoping they would help me out- and what a warm welcome I was given by Will & Miguel. Not only did they remember me, but they fixed my car right up on short notice and I was able to go about my day. I couldn't ask for better service, these guys are truly kind! Truthfully, every interaction with them has always been a good one, but simply reminded of it today and wanted to share.

So I quickly swap to WAR Auto Tech and the receptionist, Miguel, was very nice. They checked my car and replace the regulator within a day, and didn't charge me for the motor. Eventually cost me half the price the previous store was asking. Although they did not do the window properly(didn't readjust it so it make noises in high speed), but they fixed the issue free of charge and done it quick. I would like to have them with me next time.
