I had a cracked windshield on my RV in Nov/Dec. My RV place recommended Auto Glass Boss for windshield repair. When they installed the new windshield the first time, the moulding around the sides looked kind of off, or popping up, but i didnt think much of it because I generally trust professionals. We got some rain in AZ and there were puddles on my dash. I knew it was the bad install because we have never had any water in our RV before this. They were nice, apologized and came out and 'fixed it'. The same guy they sent the first time, did the 'fixing' the 2nd time. Now I have renters out and they told me it is leaking very badly around the windshield and they sent pictures. How can this happen? Very aweful service and unprofessional, when they dont do it right the 2nd time while fixing their mistake. read more

I do NOT recommend... First of all, the guy in charge didn't speak English at all, he had to borrow my tools to get the job done, then they didn't put my trim pieces back on right and the owner had the nerve to get an attitude with me when I was rightfully ticked off about it (she did send them back out right away to fix, but still a bad experience). Finally, I took a trip to Utah and back with the new windshield and got a crack, and today having the windshield replaced by another more reputable company, and they said AGB didn't do a very good job on the prep work (which I'm not surprised after dealing with them). read more

I contacted Auto Glass Boss to correct fogging in two windows on my motor coach, and to replace a third window pane with the new one I already had from the manufacturer. First scheduled visit, technician was a no show all day. On second visit, tech cleaned windows and installed new pane. Next morning I could see fingerprints and dirt on the inside of the door window that the tech repaired. Third visit back the tech finally cleaned the window correctly. Upon departure from our site two of the windows that were repaired had Lou's wind noise. I gave the company an option to correct the problem numerous times when I would be in the area of their technician. No show or no call every time, until I sent message requesting a refund. Wow I had a crazy experience with my RV windshield and got a little angry with the situation. I had just had my windshield replaced and was driving when it cracked after driving a few hundred miles. I called Kalie with Auto Glass Boss and let out some of my frustration on her. She handled like a boss and gave me instructions on what to do and contacted my insurance on my behalf and handled the situation. The hardest part was getting the glass and tracking me down for install. She then coordinated with Jesse and Alex for install. They were both amazing and replaced and explained what happened. I am totally satisfied with the professionalism and work ethic of all involved with my rv repairs. Above all Kalie has replace my wipers which were broke in the process and went above and beyond to help and get it all accomplished. Be careful when using this company they DO NOT stand behind their work as far as replacing what they break. They replaced our motor home windshield over a year ago and damaged our outside pillars that covers the windshield. We had many chats prior to the work being performed about them, for we were told they would be responsible if anything breaks. Ah NO... after many attempts in this past year to resolve our issue Joe Colvin now denies he or his company made that promise to make things right. He knew his crew messed up not only on ours but others, for he fired his entire crew in Fl!! Do not recommend unfortunately. Never had any work done. Waited 6 hours for the technician to show up. Had a 9 AM appointment and was told he would be late. That was ok as we weren't in a hurry. We had to drive over 80 miles from Payson. No one in our hometown will work on motor homes. Finally ran out of patience and left at 3 PM. This company purports to fix foggy leaky dual pane glass on an RV. I've spent $1,400 within one year. I have 2 windows that have become foggy again. The company was willing to fix it and actually came out against my messages left to request a change of date due to the fact I had just returned home from the Emergency Room and was in pain. Had the office personnel honored my request to return my call so I could explain ,it would have saved them a trip out - so the mobile mechanic blesses me out on the phone and prevented me from calling the office. I can't remember the last time I was treated in this manner and yelled at. More than unprofessional! What a waste of money. I trust there are firms that do better. read more

I have had Randy replace two windows in my car over a year and both experiences have been great. He is professional, responsive, and hard working. I didn't have glass coverage on my vehicle for both replacements and his products were better priced than most quotes I received. I'm not sure why Auto Glass Boss has negative reviews. Jessie repaired three fogged windows on our motorhome while we camped in Quartzsite, AZ, and did a great job. One of those windows developed a problem closing properly. I attempted to make an appointment to have my RV glass replaced. From the beginning of our interaction the answers are very vague and they seemed not to know what they were doing. They told me that my glass installation was scheduled for the week of March 28 but they wouldn't give me a date or time. I called them on March 30 in the afternoon and ask them when they were coming and they still couldn't tell me. In an irritated way "Kaley "told me that she would contact an installer apparently not even knowing yet who it would be and find out " what their route was". The next day I never heard back from them until after I contacted them. She said the installer was coming today which of course wouldn't work because I explain to her we needed at least a couple of days notice so we can go to the location where the motorhome is stored to facilitate the work( pretty normal- set an appointment. The bottom line is they never showed up and they never would agree to set an appointment with us. They told us to look for another installer which of course I am happy to do. My recommendation would be to stay as far away from this company as possible . My honest opinion of them is they are morons and don't have a clue regarding anything to do with customer service. Whether you have a car or a $1 million motorhome, people are busy and they need an appointment so they know when the service provider is coming (not to be told the same day as to when they might come)!!!! I would say about six thumbs down for auto glass "boss" - NOT AT ALL. Good riddance to auto glass boss unbelievable. read more

Had several windows defogger but one filled with water and all they repaired fog in cold weather so I cannot recommend their process.

This is very unprofessional organization and I regret working with them. They were recommended to me as a place that worked on RV glass, and there appear to be few of those in the valley, so I went there with a template that I had laboriously made from 1/8" masonite. The template was for a simple, plane piece of sliding glass in my RV window. I am an engineer, and when I say the template was laboriously made, I mean it was perfect. The rounded corners of the glass produced by Auto Glass Boss did not match the template, but I didn't notice this until I took the glass home and installed it. So, the window does not seal at the corners as it should. I don't live in the valley, but 75 miles away, so I called to say I wanted to visit with the glass technician, at their shop, to discuss options for fixing the window (that would not entail remaking it). I was told no technician works on site any longer, with the new tech only doing mobile service. (The original tech, Joe, evidently no longer works at this shop, and the very pleasant and professional office staff person, Anna-Marie, has also left.) The new office staff is very unprofessional and they eventually hung up on me when I became exasperated (but remained polite) about not being able to speak directly with someone who would actually do the work. Trust the various poor reviews here - find somewhere else to get your glass work done ! This enterprise will not be in business much longer and you will be left holding the bag, as I am to the tune of $350, with a window that does not work and no glass tech available at the shop to consult with about fixes. read more

A little pricy, not very professional, and mediocre workmanship. Was told the driver will call me around noon with an ETA. No call no show. Second day they said the same thing again no call no show. The third day he finally showed up. Asked me to assist with the removal and installation of the window and broke several screws off during the reinstall saying it was because they were old. Don't think so, he just needed to turn down the torque on his impact driver. Would only use again as last resort. read more

Used this company in Alliagan,MI. They replaced my Tempered DOT rated door glass with regular window glass. We were told the glass was going to be the same as what was taken out. This was not done. Needless to say the first time we took out RV out the glass started cracking and didn't stop until both glasses were totally cracked. Called company. They said bring it to AZ. We were in Drayton, North Dakota. Replacing Door glass with window glass is against the law. We have tried to get this company to pay for our expenses to get the door glass back to DOT rated Glass. Gary R. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Auto Glass Boss placed a flyer on my motorhome at the FMCA rally in Gillette WY. I had a small chip in the passenger side windshield. He gave me a price of $60 to repair. Took him less than 15 min. to do the work. 2 days later I noticed that the repair work left a hole in the glass, which now collects dirt. I contacted Auto Glass Boss and they requested pictures which I sent. No response. I have made 3 phone calls to them, and they have never responded to the pictures or phone calls. They came to our storage and fixed the side window by resealing it , charged 10.00 less than estimate . So far it looks good .

Duncan Systems, through our insurance, shipped the windshield and two guys from Auto Glass Boss, the installation company recommended by Duncan, came out onsite to replace the large one-piece windshield in our Winnebago Adventurer. The job was completed in about 2 hours and they did a superb job. Time will tell after getting back on the road and rain storms but, as I observed, there should be no problems. They were very thorough, did a meticulous job of cleanup and were friendly and courteous with comments and requests as work progressed. read more

I called about a week later because the sliding window now is very very hard to open, and the lady said she put it on the warranty board, but I never got a call back, and it's 2 months now. Left a message to see about a quote and did not get a reply but Joeseph showed up at the RV park and gave me an estimate and thought they could get started within a week but then no return call to verify a date so I called back and a nice lady apologized and indicated that someone would call and make arrangements with the windshield order and nothing happened. Was disappointed with the workmanship of de-fogging 3 panes on my RV window. I sent pictures but can not get a response. After calling back was told owner needed to review. Can't imagine how they would handle their implied 3 yr warranty on the de-fogging process. Not a way to run a business. read more

Had them scheduled to repair replace 4 side windows on my motor coach. Called the day before to confirm appointment. Appointment day arrived, (0800-1200) was the show time. Finally at 1230, after NO word I called. They could not find the appointment. The two girls in the office seemed to care less. read more

Had 15 window panes reworked and now have several windows with water pouring in, 3 windows that don't open and close properly, and two windows that almost immediately fogged up again.
