She gets back to you quickly, provides answers to your questions, gives quotes on OEM and after-market products, and schedules appointments. On every occasion she got us appointments that worked great for me in regards to day and timing. I mean almost immediate appointments were scheduled after receiving some good news -a quote that was easily $100 lower than a competitors price for the passenger window. A few hundred dollar difference for the windshield too. I only learned that when I was mistakenly provided a windshield replacement and calibration quote from competitor when I had asked for price on passenger window. On both recent occasions the service actually came directly to my location. Ryan called as anticipated, notified me how far out he was and arrived within the time expected. From start to finish he got the damaged glass removed, replacements installed, finishing the repairs, then wrapping up by processing payment. Polite and professional all the way. For the windshield, it had been completed on Wednesday the prior week. Caleb, of the Calibration Crew, called to notify me he was on his way shortly after the installation was finished. He was given keys, took vehicle for a drive around the area and was prompt in completing the calibration process. This included in the price of replacement/repair. 5 * for Prompt, Same Day, Service and Competitive Pricing.

Now I'm leaving with a footlong crack across my drivers window now and out of luck, needing a full windshield replacement now which will cost me over a grand. Thanks! All he could offer was a "sorry" and drove off. Would not recommend.

T & S Auto Glass knows how to hire quality people and execute great service. Denote was my technician and he was also a good representation of professionalism and took care of installation, vacuuming all the glass and didn't leave any glasss in my drive way. He was clean, through and got me driving a hour after he arrived and replaced my window! I was referred to them by my Insurance, State Farm and they will now be my preferred choice for my households auto glass replacement. I had to have my back window replaced and I called T & S Auto glass and they got me on the schedule within 24 hours and the process was smooth and easy. They handled everything. No one paid me for this review it was on my own!

What was the most helpful that he called my insurer while I was on the phone with him. My insurer told me that the crack had to be larger than a silver dollar to cover replacement. They went on to say that Blue Chip was not a partner of their insurance company. I asked the insurer if that meant that they wouldn't cover the windshield if Blue Chip replaced it. John promptly jumped in and told me that the windshield would be covered 100%, but that the warranty would be covered by Blue Chip rather than my insurer. I appreciated the clarification. He told me that there would be zero out of pocket cost to me. The insurer told me that the repair would be covered and John did the rest (which was literally everything). Blue Chip replaced the windshield right in my driveway, again, at no cost to me. The service tech, Dan, was on-time and went out of his way to answer my questions, like calibration of the camera. Since my vehicle was newer, it had a camera for emergency braking and adaptive cruise control, which required calibration by an authorized tech when the windshield was replaced. Blue Chip took care of that as well. Dan showed me where the camera was mounted and why it needed to be calibrated with the windshield change. Dan was professional, competent, fast and friendly. In the end, I got a shiny new windshield installed by professionals at no cost to me. I have found my permanent glass company!

They wanted me to come back a THIRD time to have one of their "better" installers do the work, but I accepted a refund and sincere apology instead. The first time I was in, the installer soaked my armrest so badly it made my shirt wet and caused damage to the arm rest material. A different company had zero problems and took a fraction of the time at a lower cost. I personally asked the installer for the different company if there was anything difficult and he looked at me confused. He said there was no problem tinting the windshield. Therefore, I feel like Xclusive lied to me and was using subpar installers. The only positive thing to share is that the tint on my side and back windows came out nicely.

Doug did the leg work and contacted the insurance and arranged the claim, work order and repair date. He is also a gun guy to talk to on the phone. Luis PAC was the technician that came out. He came early in the time frame and told me he needed 45 minutes to do the repair. Luis finished the job under the time and made sure it was perfect. Bonus points because he made a easy removal tab with the blue tape to remove it with ease. Great work Luis and Doug.

HIRE SCOTT!!! I had some cosmetic damage to my car from a…read moreleaky pipe in the parking garage where I work, and I went to Scott to see if a detailing would take care of it or if the panel needed to be completely repainted. He took out his power washer and buffer on the spot and got almost all of it off right then and there in about 5 minutes, then explained what it would take to really get the rest of the staining off, with a decent quote to do the whole car. I had the property manager of my work building call him to pay for the service, then Scott got me scheduled on a weekend, picked up my car first thing in the morning, drove it to his shop for the job, and drove it back when he was done. He was very communicative and honest, quick to respond to my texts, and knows his stuff. When he brought my car back looking almost brand new, I fell in love with her all over again. Scott walked me through everything he did, recommended how to keep it looking nice, also pointed out how the paint on the hood is beginning to suffer some micro cracks from this awful heat and what to do about it. He also noted an oily residue on the engine that he couldn't completely get rid of and advised I might want to ask a mechanic about it just in case. Scott does good work, he's easy to talk to, punctual, and knows what he's doing. For the work he did and in this kind of heat, I'd say it would be worth every penny even if I'd been spending it myself. I'm going to want to have this done again next year, I know that for sure.
