I am several days late in writing this review. Sylvia (i hope that is her name if I remembered correctly) was the kindest and most friendliest of what customer representation looks like! T & S Auto Glass knows how to hire quality people and execute great service. Denote was my technician and he was also a good representation of professionalism and took care of installation, vacuuming all the glass and didn't leave any glasss in my drive way. He was clean, through and got me driving a hour after he arrived and replaced my window! I was referred to them by my Insurance, State Farm and they will now be my preferred choice for my households auto glass replacement. I had to have my back window replaced and I called T & S Auto glass and they got me on the schedule within 24 hours and the process was smooth and easy. They handled everything. Was cut off on the road by their company vehicle driving at least 90 mph. When I pulled left to pass driver was waiving and flipping me off for THEM cutting me off? Train your drivers to drive within the law or invest in Michelin connected so you can babysit your employees since they clearly need it. When I arrived, a lady named Sylvia greeted me and offered me a water. I inquired about if they provide a complimentary ride (Uber or Lyft). She said they do not offer Uber or Lyft but Sylvia volunteered to give me a ride there and back. When I returned an hour or so later, everything was finished and ready to go. They handed me my keys and a receipt for the work order, gave me a few instructions, and I hit the road with a sparkling clean windshield. T&S was recommended to me by my insurance company so I used them on my Mazda, they did a great job but had to come back out to replace it as it had a major blem and they took care of it no problem So when my Tesla got a rock chip I took it to them right away so it would not spread, they told me no problem it will be $75 and we can do it now so I went in. They took it in the back for a few and came in and said "we have bad news it has now cracked and the windshield needs to be replaced". WTF? Since I have commercial insurance on it I wanted to pay cash and they said $2000!! I left a little pissed after talking to a manager who said it's not their fault, went home and watched all the camera footage my Tesla recorded and what I saw was disturbing. The guys were laughing and having a great time , even after my window had cracked they were all walking by it chuckling and not upset at all that the job went south on them. The tech said they put pressure on it and it cracked... well no shit I could have cracked it myself if I wanted to, I took it in to put resin or whatever to prevent it!! IMO they didn't to their best at preventing it, not accusing them of intentionally cracking my windshield but they didn't seem to give a crap and that is my issue Just beware if you go in with a chip, make sure you are back there watching them do the work, I wish I had. I've used T & S probably 6 times now and decided that I should finally give them a proper review. Monte helped me this last time and he was great. Considering that I had only moments before called a competitor just to see about pricing, etc. and got the shrug off when I said no to their add ons (wipers and repellant coating), Monte said he'd come by to take a look. After a couple of days scheduling, the job was done and all was well. The care I've had with T & S has always been stellar. Now, that's not to say that it's always 100% perfect, because no one can be. But if there has ever been an issue, it has always been rectified. Thank you T & S and Monte! read more

I never leave reviews but I had the Worst customer experience ever with their employee, Marshall. I had such high hopes as my local insurance office had recommended them because I had fears about ensuring the aesthetic of my car would not change and Marshall made my experience with getting my windshield replaced absolutely awful. From gaslighting me even when I had photo evidence to changing his story. My exchange with him would have made the issue I had less stress and probably able to be resolved, if he had better customer service. I do NOT recommend. read more

I have had small cracks filled before, but they still showed the spider webbing even after treatment was completed. The cracks would not grow, but still, it didn't look great. T&S came out and did my Porsche Macan, just chipped same day as left the dealer, and they made the crack and spider web (size of a quarter) disappear totally to the point where I could not even locate the site of the damage! 1 star for one major reason - I was never informed my car would be driven by the tech that was sent out. I received an alert on my security camera that my car was gone...and it was. Tech came back and informed me had to drive 3-5 miles to make sure the sensors were working properly. Quality of the work is good and their responsiveness was good. I appreciated the shop foreman called me to apologize. I would NOT recommend this company however based on lack of communication. Every customer should be told if their car is being driven. This place is amazing! I had a small crack in my windshield right in my line of sight and called to have it replaced on a Tuesday. They got me in the next morning and replaced the windshield and recalibrated my cameras all in about an hour. I set up a claim through my insurance on Monday. I called T&S based on reviews. The rep was friendly and she didn't have the info she needed from my insurance. She called to get the info right away so we could schedule my appointment. We scheduled 8-12 for Thursday. She said it was likely later but they would call. The person that was coming out called me at 730 and said he was on his way. I got a call from my dogs day car he was sick. So i had to go back and get him. The tech beat me to my place by 5 min. He was patient and didn't get mad i wasn't here when he arrived. He completed the work fast as well. I haven't driven the car yet but I'm happy with my service so far! read more

In my case T & S was friendly and made the effort to save me a fair amount of money by preserving the weatherstripping so I was initially pretty thrilled. However once I started driving it was obvious that the new windshield was distorted in the center. When I called I was told that to replace that windshield again the weatherstripping would not be able to be preserved a 2nd time and I would incur the extra cost. I was also told that they DO vet their windshields for distortions which is obviously not true. So I decided that I'd live with the compromised windshield the way it is and while it does "bump" me by grabbing my attention when turning right I have chosen to not fight this battle. read more
