Team was experienced and had excellent customer service. I got to watch the process of replacing my windshield and Juan even communicated with me through the whole process. Unfortunately the windshield had distortion from manufacturing and I had to come back again to have it replaced. Not their fault (not easily noticeable either until you drive for a bit) and they took care of it flawlessly. My 89 yr old grandmother had a Crack in her windshield. Had AGN come to her home to repair as she no longer drives. They replaced her front windshield and a week later when a relative was driving her somewhere is when we noticed air coming in the windshield and her headliner was now hanging down in the front. The company came out and reinstalled the windshield but insist the headliner was already like that before repairs. As someone who uses her car regularly to take her places I can say without a doubt it was not. Her car has always been kept in amazing condition. Very disappointed in the response from AGN . Makes me wonder if it was ignored due to her age. Also this time she was told not to drive the car for 72 hrs. Ive never had to wait more than a few hrs to drive a vehicle after a new windshield. Where do I begin? Wish I could give no stars for this shop. Let's start with the fact that when I initially made my call to schedule a full windshield replacement back in June, I spoke with a Michelle through this company's call center. She placed my work order claim, sent the claim to my insurance and STATED to me that since I wanted dealership windshield, the OEM windshield was back order until August, which I said was fine, and that once the piece arrived they would call me, schedule appointment, I would bring my vehicle in, pay my insurance deductible when arrived and have it fixed. So tell me why I called on 8/5 to do a follow up on my windshield and when I called a CONNIE picked up, right off the bat was rude, cut me off as I was trying to explain that I was calling for an update and before I could finish my sentence she goes "it's not here yet". I'm like, "excuse me?" She goes "For Yesenia right??" I'm like, "NO". Then she finally lets me explain and proceeds to tell me that MY WINDSHIELD WAS NEVER ORDERED! She went on to tell me that it's because it's an original piece from the dealership itself I needed to put down a deposit! I'm like, WTF?!?! Why didn't anyone say that when I called to make my work order request???? She went on to say she remembered my "case" because she was writing notes and then Michelle was writing her notes but that Michelle's notes booted out her notes....like fucken seriously?? Fucken notes...? Sounds like a company problem, not a customer problem. She basically went on to tell me I would have to bring in the car, pay the deductible and then they would order the piece....like do they not know how stupid that sounds?? Why would I bring my car in, pay a deductible when the piece isn't even there? So I would be leaving my car with them for how long?? Weeks? months? Stupidest shit I ever heard. Connie then went on to say she spoke with me before. And let me be clear, I have never spoken with her! This I even told her! I had only contact once and that was with Michelle on my first initial contact call to get this all started. She said she had this work order, so if you have the work order and you see in your fucken notes that the customer has requested for an original piece and your policy is that a deposit or payment in full is due before ordering, WHY DID YOU NOT DO A FOLLOW UP CALL TO SPEAK WITH THE CUSTOMER ABOUT THE DEPOSIT AND OR IF WE WERE GOING TO PROCEED WITH THE REPLACEMENT?!?!?! She had nothing to say as she clearly stated herself, she is the one who does the orders and follows through on the claims/paperwork. So, if you're looking for a windshield replacement place, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!! There manager didn't even have the decency to call me! I ended up going to All American Glass, at least they were specific about their policy upfront. In the end, in this situation, THE CUSTOMER IS FUCKEN IN THE RIGHT! Horrible company! At first, it was super easy to set up an appointment to have a technician repair my windshield remotely. We scheduled to have it done on Wednesday. I received a call on Tuesday informing me they won't have my windshield until Wednesday so they will come out Thursday. I had to take work off Thursday now to get my windshield fixed. They gave me a time window of 1-5 pm. I waited all day and no one ever came or called. I called them Friday morning to inquire about the status of my windshield. The reception was super friendly and tried to called the shop but they did not answer. She told me she would update notes on my file and said the shop would call me with updates. I waited until lunch and still no call and no one showed up. I call again and it's a different representative. I had to tell her my whole story and once again they tried calling the shop to no avail. She says the shop will call me. Waited the entire day Friday and no call and no one showed up. They had wasted three of my working days. I was extremely irate and frustrated at the lack of communication from this company. I decided to go with Safelite repair and they got it done the next week with no hiccups and no delay. To this day, All star glass has not called me back so I wonder if this is how they treat their customers. I wonder how they make business if they don't even show up to their appointments. **Update** 4/1/2019: my insurance forced me to take up my issue with the company. Had a new (Lexus brand) windshield put in after I was going to pay out of pocket and they damaged my car AGAIN. LEFT GLUE ON MY DASH THAT HAS SINCE WARPED IT. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY Had a rock hit my windshield and needed replacement. My insurance company contracts out with All Star Glass. I will choose to go with another company after my experience with All Star Glass. Contacted my insurance company. They told me they set up an appointment just to get a placeholder in the system and All Star Glass would contact me when they had everything ready and we would work out a day. They ordered the parts but never reached out to confirm an appointment time. This delayed my repair. 1/18/2019, finally have an appointment and the guy takes about an hour to do the job. Once finished, he had tracked mud and dirt into my car as he did the install outside but didn't bother to not track in the elements. This was the dirtiest the inside my car has been. Not to mention, my floor/running boards are all scuffed up now. No elbow grease or any cleaner I have was able to take these away. 2 days after the install we had a hard storm and I feared driving in it because I couldn't see anything out of my windshield. The guy must have rubbed bacon grease on it because it took dish soap and RainX for me to be able to properly see in the rain. There is also a gap/imperfection between the glass and the tubing/insulation. It looks poorly done on my Lexus Needless to say I hated my experience and want to take a hammer to my windshield and get a new one put in. I did not get to the point of getting work done on my car so I can not rate the quality of work that would be done in their shop. I do have the ability to rate the staff in the office most notably the lady who seemed to be in charge. I brought my car in to get work done a week and three days before my wedding. The first day i went in to this location everyone was pleasant and seemed willing to take care of the work I needed done. I made sure to explain the importance of getting my car done in time for the wedding and they assured me I would have it done by wednesday the next week 2 days before I would leave out of town. I was supposed to get a call or text early the next week with an update on them receiving the glass in their shop. I did not receive the promised text or call but instead called them on Tuesday given the importance I didn't want to leave anything to chance. I believe Connie is the name of the lady I dealt with. She didn't have any information so she called Hyundai to get info. She calls me back saying it is at the dealership and would call me back when hyundai finds it. She never calls me back so I call her back. She points her finger at hyundai blaming them for the issue. I want to note here that I called Hyundai and got the information about a delay on the shipment. When I call All star glass back she was very disrespectful and defensive. I am trying to get some work done on my car and she is not concerned with that anymore. Her main focus turned to pointing her finger at others to take blame away from her lack of effort and the issue of communicating. I walked into the office to cancel the requested service not long after our conversation on the phone giving her the chance to apologize for the way she talked down to me on the phone. She said nothing more than asking for what she had to so she could cancel the order. After the continued bad interactions I waited awhile to write this review wanting make sure I was not writing a negative review about a company while angry. The biggest issues with my experience there are that Connie actually thinks she was providing good customer service and second is that she was training another young man in the office. It is possible that this is a good company. However the business will not benefit if customers receive this kind of customer service. This time it cost the company over 1000.00 dollars (their price)of lost work on my wife's and my car. We are from out of town, and the night before we were leaving the extreme heat caused a chip in our windshield to crack. They got us in early and the installer noticed the new glass had a small chip on the edge. The got a new one delivered in about 30 minutes.
