Highly recommend! My car was vandalized and the rear windshield was completely destroyed. I called Central Valley Auto Glass and they were able to repair the windshield immediately! Both times I have been given excellent customer service and a fair price in comparison to other locations. What makes this place stand out more than any thing, is that you can tell that the lady at the front desk treats the business with care. She's super friendly, made sure I had a way to pass the time by getting the tv turned on and even offered me a bottle of water. The lobby is also kept clean which made for a comfortable wait. So happy I found Central Valley Auto! We had been teetering on our appt with a well known windshield repair company because their quote kept changing drastically, luckily Central Valley Auto responded promptly giving us a much better value without tacking on extra fees (about $100 difference) It is located in DT Fresno but worth the drive. We took our car in around noon and was done by 6, so definitely have a pickup and drop off plan--although they do have a waiting area. Not sure if she was the owner or desk lady, but she was super friendly to talk to and clearly loves people. I recommend coming here for your budget friendly windshield replacement! read more

Excellent service! I spoke with Sally on a Tuesday looking for a hard to find back cab side window for my father's 2005 Saturn Vue. The following day Sally called me to say she had located an exact used match, which is exactly what we were looking for. She told me it would take three days and gave me a very reasonable price. I will be avoiding this place if I need any sort of auto glass service because the interaction I received with one of their employees was very poor. An irate lady who identified as being part of Central Valley Auto Glass insisted I was illegally parking in "their spot" even though there's no clear signage reserving specific spots for this business in the lot that's shared with multiple other businesses. She insisted that because it's in proximity to their door, it's therefore theirs. If that's true, they should invest in some very cheap signs rather than making people feel accosted in the parking lot. What a great first impression for this business. If this is how they treat people who may one day be customers of theirs (we all need auto glass service eventually), I'm not very comfortable trusting them when I may actually need something from them. There are plenty of options to shop around at that treat people with respect. First impressions matter! read more

I'm not from Fresno but had an accident, I called her and she made me feel better just by talking to her. She had my back window fixed and they even helped clean some of the glass. Everyone who works there seem so nice and the guy who fixed my window knew what he was doing. He was fixing glass non stop in the heat and you just have to commend that, that's real hard work. Lupus was very helpful, and the guy who does the job was very quick to finish. Their quote was 17 dollars lower than the next best price I had received. For my 2003 Ford F-150 XLT supercab, they charged 140 including labor. I had already been quoted 180 by other places, and 167 was the next best price. Not only price and service went into the 5 stars, but they have a very nice little waiting room. Plenty of magazines, a television, comfy seats, and just overall a professional atmosphere. Complete robbery!!! Got a windshield replaced by this company. Within 2 days there was a crack in it, owner says it's not covered in their warranty. Drove this car for more than 10 years before the windshield cracked. Theirs lasted 2 days. All the owner could say is I don't understand why we should replace it. Let's be super clear here since the owner is arguing online. She claims it was hit by a rock. There is a very tiny mark in the crack that shows where it may have been hit by a tiny object. That being said, we don't drive in a bubble. Things hit windshields. The cars original windshield lasted over ten years. I'm sure in those ten years the windshield was hit by many many tiny rocks, I know I heard things hit it. It finally broke when something the size of a golf ball hit it while driving at 65 mph. The new crappy windshield this company sold me broke after 2 days and I do not remember hearing anything hit it. This means their selling CRAP product. Do not be fooled by their "guarantee"!!! They will not honor it!!!! Stay away from these thieves. I've learned you get what you pay for and from now on I will not pay less money for this companies cheap product. read more

I hired Central Valley Auto Glass to replace a windshield on my Infiniti SUV with rain sensors. This company was exceptional and I highly recommend them to anyone looking to receive great service and best value. After the original install, there was an issue with the rain sensor not working. However, they were very responsive when I informed them of the issue and took care of it no problem. They did not question my request and were very accommodating with the repair. They also successfully fixed the problem. They also work Saturdays, which is a huge plus! Most other places do not perform work on weekends.
