Went there to see if they could fix my driver door window that got stuck. They said the problem was a broken window regulator. They suggested I get the part at any auto parts store and bring it in for them to install, and they could install it in an hour for $125. I went to the Hyundai dealer and they wanted over $600 for the regulator, not counting the installation!!! I went to O'Reilly's and paid about $250 for the regulator, made an appointment at Western Mobile Glass for the next day and got it done with no hassles at all! My daughter had the unfortunate experience of having two car windows smashed in last night. There was thankfully nothing to steal but she was out of town so it was pretty traumatic. We made one call to Western Mobile and immediately had an appointment to have it fixed within hours. I did have to bring it in but I work from home, so I brought my laptop. The office manager was so welcoming and friendly, she offered me water and kept me updated while I attended Zoom meetings from a comfy couch in their waiting area. The men replacing the glass went above and beyond to clean out the broken glass. They even postponed their lunch break so they could fix the windows and get me on my way. Everyone was friendly and empathetic which I needed today because they reminded me that even though the circumstances were not ideal, there are people who truly care and will go above and beyond to take care of others. Extremely rude! I spoke to a lady on the morning of 8/18/21. I mentioned I needed a window today and she stated it wouldn't be here until Monday so I said "okay unfortunately I need it today but thank you" and she began to mock me soon after saying "unfortunately you can't get it anywhere today and unfortunately there's a glass shortage & unfortunately -" that's when I cut her off because I was shocked and said "there's no reason to be rude." If you're looking to get your glass repaired go to Jackson's or All Stars. They have better pricing and much better service. These people are rude. I walked in late on Wednesday and was given an appointment to fix my shattered left rear window the following day at 7am. They were able to price match too. When my fiancé and I arrived, we were offered coffee or a water. We opted for water, which was great customer service due to the COVID19. We were able to get to know the owner, Terry, and I love the fact that it's a local company. The wrong glass was brought to the shop but because they have a local warehouse of supplies, they were able to pick up the correct window and install my window. The installer, Travis, was very polite and taped my window button to remind me not to roll down the window. I will come back to Western Mobile Glass. I had an issue with another store due to them ordering the wrong window and a huge miss communication. read more

Someone broke my window and I came here to have it replaced. After it was done I was told that the window was replaced but the window regulator went out and the window did not roll up and down. I admit, that I don't know much about cars. So, I called my dad and he told me to meet him at the dealer. I paid for the window and met my dad. After they took apart my door they told me there was nothing wrong with the part, it was just unplugged. I asked if that could have happened when my window was broken and I was told no. Okay, either this is the best scam in town or they just know their ish. I think they just know their ish and have a great inventory. My 2007 Toyota Rav 4 with factory tinted rear windows (I know, don't be jealous) had a window broken while I was out of town for a work function. My plans were to drive home on Saturday afternoon, but Saturday morning came along and one broken window later and a storm-a-brewing, I thought my plans had been thwarted. Not so! The security guard at the hotel where my car was broken into (scam??) referred Western Mobile Glass. It was 6am, so I had to wait to call them until 9. In the meantime, I found out that my insurance company would be happy to find me a place to get my window repaired on Tuesday- wow! Tuesday?? Hmmm...is it hard to find the window? Must be. Then I called Western Mobile and they told me they would be able to come out, replace my window and vacuum up all the broken glass and have me on the road by 1pm. This wasn't nearly as difficult as I thought it would be. The windshield on my car had a crack in it. At first, it wasn't too noticeable, but in fits and starts, it came to be a problem. I knew that it was too big of a crack to repair, but I didn't know enough to know where to get a replacement windshield. Someone at work recommended Western Mobile Glass, and it turns out you don't need to know much about windshields to get one replaced. I just walked in here, told them the year, make, and model of my car, and that was it. I got a quote, then scheduled an appointment a couple days later. They would have come to my work, but it seemed easier to just drop it off before work. One hour and $200 something later, and new windshield. It's possible that I could have gotten a cheaper price if I went with someone who didn't use OEM parts, but it seemed to make more sense to pay for quality. read more

I found this mobile glass repair after I had a crack in my front windshield after an accident. I called before hand and received a quote which was pretty reasonable so I came in. Once I got there, I was told that I had to schedule an appointment which they didn't tell me over the phone. My appointment was scheduled for 3 hours later the same day. Once my car was in for repair, I waited in the front office since there is no waiting room. Reception was very rude and acted as if I didn't exist. They didn't even assist me when it was time to pay for my windshield. They were to busy gossiping about who knows what. I promised the staff here that I would put in a good word for them after my most recent visits. As usual, I am satisfied with their services. 1. Windshield Replacement: I took my 2002 Dodge Intrepid here after the dumb ass kids in my neighborhood threw all kinds of shit at my windshield and left a long crack from top to bottom -- I'm obviously still mad about the issue. Long story short, I took my car to Terry a couple of weeks after the whole ordeal and was charged around $203 for the whole process. My windshield was replaced with the exact same type -- blue tint across the top. Terry told me that the replacement would take about 45 minutes to an hour, but I kid you not, it took them roughly 30 minutes. I literally sat outside the door and waited for them to replace my windshield. 2. Rock Chip Repair: My first review was for my van getting tinted on all windows. This time, I stopped by to have them repair a chip I got driving from Lemoore to Fresno. I stopped by right when they opened and tried to squeeze my van in even if I didn't have a reservation. Thankfully, Terry said it would be no problem. I forgot his name, but the guy who actually repaired the chip was the bald guy with the KISS tattoo on his neck. Not only is he cool to talk to, but he did a fantastic job on the chip. My chip went from being obvious to almost nonexistent. I was supposed to be charged $35 but Terry sealed the deal at $30 instead. Of all the visits I've made here, I have never been disappointed. My van is now in New Jersey -- even under the sun, you won't notice that there used to be a big chip. read more

This was my first time using a mobile glass service, so I do not have anything to compare it to. That said, I believe I had a great experience! I had a sizable crack on the windshield of my 2003 VW Jetta. I called yesterday afternoon and set up an appointment within minutes. My appointment was scheduled for the next day between 12pm-2pm. To my surprise, the serviceman/installer - Jose - arrived just before 10am, as he had finished a previous job earlier than anticipated and arrived early. Now, I suppose this could have been inconvenient had I not been home before the 12p-2p time slot, but in this case I was home and it worked to my advantage. I do not doubt that it wouldn't have been a problem if I had not been home at that time, and Jose would have returned at my appointed time. Jose took extra care to ensure both my car's and his own safety by having us pull into my driveway, as I live on a fairly busy street. Jose estimated the job would take 45 minutes, but actually completed the job in 30. Awesome! Not only was he incredibly efficient, but his customer service was outstanding; very friendly, courteous, and explained the after installation care for my window. I needed a full windshield replacement on my 1999 Nissan Maxima and they quoted me $206.77; that's for the windshield, molding, taxes, and everything. I called and got Annette, who was very helpful, on 3/3/15 and set an appointment on 3/4/15 between 1pm and 3pm. I got the mobile service, no extra charge. Jeff was my installer, professional and respectful, and came to my place around 2:45pm and he went right to work. He finished around 3:20pm and the work is awesome.
