Any way two days later I went there about 1:32pm and i asked for appointment. front guy told me it will take 3/4 hours and i asked why? he said your appointment had at 9:00 and i was late and i explained him no it was at 1:00. fast forward they took probably 1 or 1 1/2 hours later i went to desk to pay the money and the cashier was charging over $250 dollars without telling me . when i asked he said this are the extra fees and you have to pay it period! i was upset and explained him why charge people without asking them? two managers came to me they are very rude and unprofessional and gave me same answer! at last when they keep holding my keys i agreed to pay that money and i said i can handle extra $15 bucks but I will call someone to handle this case! real problem occurred at last when i paid to them it was raining so i haven't chanced to see their work then i got home few hours later i saw windshield molding already coming out and they installed aftermarket windshield and they used cheap molding it looks horrible and they installed windshield that has scartch . next morning i called and tried to explain the problem and person answered called my name " you're the lady $10 dollars ones and they refused to see my car same day and told me go back next week wait 4 days because they are busy. i called all four locations and every time I called they called my name "$10 lady and hanging up. i noticed all four locations number routes to same locations south blv location Wichita location and they owned all four locations one owner and they don't have corporation. any way this type of people can scammed you easily because they lied and dishonest they ripping off your blood money and getting rich! it's sad we have to watch this and do nothing and feels helpless. so far this is the situations. the way they treated me feels like this people are dangerous and I am scared to take back my car To them they might screw my cars you don't trust them when they do bad job and they don't take it seriously and give customers hard time then it is not worth working with them.

After some minor paint damage happened to my car, I took it to Dacus for an estimate. They…read moreperformed the estimate and sent it to me, and then I provided it to my insurance company - all good so far. After insurance processed it, we received a check for $500 less than what the claim had been. I called the insurance company to ask why this was, and they said that Dacus had agreed to do the work for the lower price, so with my deductible and the check they had sent I would be good to go. I called Dacus to schedule to work, however they surprised me: They said they didn't care what they had agreed to with the insurance company, they would be charging me the full price on the original estimate, and probably more, and I would just have to eat what insurance didn't cover. Thankfully, I called my insurance and was able that check voided (it was addressed to the body shop), and found another body shop that agreed to do the work at the price that Dacus had agreed to do it for before they tried to make me pay the original estimate price out of pocket. The insurance company had the documentation that Dacus had agreed to do the work for that lower price, email trail and everything, so Dacus apparently thought they would just agree to the lower price and then get some extra money on top out of me. No thanks.
