When I brought this to their attention, I was told, "that's just the way it's going to be," and they refused to offer any type of refund or partial refund. During that visit, my boyfriend became frustrated and made an inappropriate comment, which I do not condone. However, we tried to handle things more appropriately afterward. The following Monday, I called again to report that the Bluetooth was also not working. They told me to bring the vehicle back in and promised they would fix it. When we returned on Wednesday morning, they took one look at my boyfriend and immediately told us to "get the f*** out" and refused to do any further work on the vehicle. At this point, I paid $250 for repairs that were not completed, and they refused to make it right or even attempt to fix the remaining issues as promised.
