The shop stated they could not identify a cause and suggested it may not be related, so I've had to involve my insurance for further review. I returned the vehicle within two days of pickup. Initially, I was told the issue may have been mechanical and outside the scope of their repair. However, after paying out of pocket for a diagnostic, I was informed the issue is electrical and located in the same area as the collision damage and repair work. When I brought this information back, the shop stated they could not find anything wrong and again suggested it was unrelated. I am now paying for an additional diagnostic through them to continue the process. Additionally, I was disappointed with the communication. Staff frequently directed questions and explanations to my husband rather than speaking to me directly, even when I was present and actively involved in the conversation. I would encourage others to thoroughly check all vehicle functions before and after repairs, and to advocate for clear and direct communication throughout the process.
