I've told many people how happy I've been with them, but today they did something that was absolutely above and beyond the call of duty. I went in to check on getting a big old dent fixed (caused by a kid with a lethal soccer ball). I believe it was Chris who said he'd take a look at it to see what needed to be done. He looked at it, asked me to open the trunk, reached in and popped the dent right out. I offered to pay him and he told me not to be silly - it was his pleasure.
