Called back and placed on hold for several minutes as they weee not able to contact technician. Then 10 minutes later got a text stating my appointment was cancelled. Kept getting different stories and that the office closed at 1pm. No manager to talk to or anything. Wasted half my Saturday waiting and cancelled another appointment as I thought they were coming just later than window stated. Need some serious training in customer service. Was informed the day of repair I would be contacted to be given a window of time the guy would be coming to replace my windshield, not the case I had to call them to get a estimated time since they view that's it ok to sit and wait from 8 to 5 for them, repair was done in a timely manner, however when I went to use my vehicle I noticed a large black stripe on the side of my car from the glue and it was extremely noticeable! had to have them come out on day two to clean up their mess so not only was I put out on one day but 2 sitting around without a clue as to when the tech will show up to clean his mess up! read more

Well, the Florida roads finally claimed my first Jeep windshield. Waited two weeks for Safelite to come out and the dude shook his head and got in his van and drove off. Scheduled K & K glass to come out and advised them just like I did Safelite that it's a wrangler with a rack and frame, but it's doable. The tech showed up, didn't make a single complaint, and professionally asked me to assist him which I was already planning on doing. Life is good! K&K Glass is a very good company to contact if you need a replacement windshield. I had been trying to get a hold of another service provider and they couldn't schedule me in at a good time. The worst automotive service I've ever received, especially knowing that they billed my Insurance almost twice what I would have paid for out of pocket. It first started with the tech throwing out my factory stainless windshield cowl screws and replacing them with some hideous rust prone huge pan headed screws because he stripped out the factory ones with a drill gun. Then, I discovered the Polyurethane primer that the tech used (similar to black paint) was splattered on my residential driveway, a brushed splash on my window pillar, a big splotch on my drivers seat cover and few drops that were on my sunglasses that were on the dash. After talking to the phone rep, he actually suggested I go to a junkyard or specialty store to get replacement screws myself to replace the screws that he negligently threw out. I was given a non monitored phone number with no voice mail to contact them where It would take 10-15 calls a week just to speak to Logan about getting this resolved. 3 weeks later they gave me some replacement factory screws so that " I " could put them in, all while not even acknowledging I have polyurethane primer all over my driveway, drivers seat, Windshield pillar, and a ruined pair of sunglasses. I'm a mechanic, I know the difference between careless and professional, and this was shoddy work. I wouldn't let this company touch any of my vehicles ever again, I'm actually looking to get my employer to never use their services again on our fleet as it seems they don't stand behind their own work. read more

NEVER again!! We had a shattered window in our RV...this place says they do RV glass..so I called, made an appointment, waited 2 hours to have my RV looked at (after my 1:30 appt time). Had the window measured, and was assured someone would call that day, or tomorrow.. 2 days go by, no call so I call them...they don't have me in their system..someone will call me back...another day goes by, no phone call...I call again. Again, no one can find me in their system, or knows that I've been waiting for a call back... The story goes on, but finally they come out to put the window in....and it's NOT the right size!! (This after 2 weeks). The installer tells me "I knew it wasn't right when I pulled up!" - Yet knowing this, he removed my RV window anyway....slapped on some plastic, and told me it would be another week....finally got a new window....paid for it...and here we are 10 days later, and you'd remotely think someone would call me to ask if everything was alright and do a "Follow up after the sale"... We had to have our windshield replaced in the RV yesterday and used another company and couldn't be more happy....I wouldn't let K&K put plexiglass in my kids playhouse...and I make no bones about telling everyone in Citrus County about them! read more
