TNT Window Tinting did a beautiful job on my Mercedes-Benz Sprinter Van 3500XD Class B RV. TNT uses the top-of-the-line Xpel Ceramic Tint that decreases glare, interior heat and UV rays. This tinting has made my unit more comfortable to drive and to occupy while stationary. I can see out without any issues during the day and at night, but it is much more difficult for people to see inside my unit. I also cannot say enough about the price and the value added with this tinting. Justin is the owner of TNT and did an amazing job personally installing the tint. I also learned that Justin is an artist and is not limited to installing tint in conventional automobiles, but has installed tint in tractors, cranes, businesses and residences for which there are no pre-cut patterns which most tinters in the area rely upon. Great service with professional installers! Tristan rocks! Tinted my new back windshield and both back door windows. Returned 5 days later because bubbles in a couple of places. Fixed the problem immediately. Offered to replace back windshield tint due to small defect. I will return when it's cooler to have them replace the back windshield tint. If you like mediocre to poor work, lies, having the police called on you for not liking their work, manipulation served with attitude ....THEN this is the tint shop for you. I went to the shop the day before to make an appointment, I was looking for a high end work using high end products. I met Jason the manager that was telling me about appointments and options, I found out they carry a very high end ceramic tint and I assumed incorrectly they were a high end place because they are selling high end products. Jason at that time point out his car to me to tell me about the product, I was sold (price was not the lowest or highest) and from seeing the online reviews of the shop I made an appointment. I dropped the car off and come back when they called to say its done. on my return to the shop I instantly noticed as I opened the doors the tint was short on all 3 visible edges of each of 4 windows as well uneven cuts with close to a 1/4 inch of a gap in some spots. This is a Truck that has frame-less window and you can see from a little distance that the tint did not meet the end of the window. I called Jason over and said what happened, he said this is the standard of the shop ,I said it looks terrible and that I have never seen gaps like that before (I'm a car guy and have had LOTs of cars done), any time I have had one of my cars done the film always butts right to the edge/bevel of the window and I have never seen sides of the window shorted at all no less this much. I went on to explain how I watched hours of video's of the same truck I had being tinted on YouTube and those didn't look like this either, they cut it to the beveled edge and then used something to shave the film a bit near the bevel on the very top. He went on to tell me how they are the best shop in all the land and everyone had 15 years or more of experience, I said but this looks terrible and I wanted it like I had described to him with the film going to the bevel/edge on all sides I was also very calm but didn't like the work. Jason didn't seem happy to fix it but said give him 40 more minutes and he would have the installer replace the 4 windows that had this issue. He called over the installer and I left. Then the next Call from Jason, it's ready again. This time I come back and it's a lot better but not what I asked on the 2nd time. Jason is not around because he ran an errand but I talk to the installer who said Jason never told him to bring it to the edge, I said that was the whole reason you were doing it over. He said the shop would have needed more time and money to have done it that way,I said Ok I may have agreed if given that info an hour ago when I was not happy the first time. Now Jason comes back and I said the film still does not meet the edge or the window, he said "it doesn't?" And looks at the widows as if he did not see the 2nd install until now. Mind you the edges looked better but not what I asked for (the film meeting the edge the glass). Jason goes into attitude mode about how this can't be done and that I can't be satisfied, like he thinks that telling lies and acting aggressive is going to intimidate me. He then asks if I would like to look at ANY car on his lot, to show me they all have gaps!! I took him up on that offer and said let me see your car that you pointed out to me just the day before as an example of good Work. He flies into more attitude "I don't need to show you my car" like a 9 year that was just caught lying... again. I said well why not if it would prove you right and me wrong LOL The Jason asks if I'm refusing to pay, I said for that work yes but would let them fix it AGAIN, he refused and ultimately called the cops on me because he was totally unable to manage the shop, the process and customers apparently. The cops came and we both gave our sides of the story, I hear Jason telling the cops, yeah the gaps on the first install were bad and that I was using a close eye to inspect my Truck! as if that's a bad thing when getting work done at his shop :) The police were fine and tell me that I need to pay and bring them to court if you feel the work was not right. So thats what I'm doing! Also offer Jason to take $50.00 less one the job so its not a loss on his end but I was not happy, he said no way he had and acted like that was a crazy idea. you know to solve something with a customer. Then on the way home in the sun I also find what looks to be a large lint hair, dirt streaks and how knows what on the inside of the window they just coved with tint on the 2nd go around. read more

This place did a terrible job on my windows. there are bubbles in the tint everywhere and they used a really cheap tint it is horrible. The window tint is peeling, I do not recommend TNT to anyone.The Owner dose not care and has a bad attitude. TNT?? Bad Move, Big Mistake !! Bait and switch !! Called the owner and asked for a quote, 1-20-2020 Made an appointment, Owner was late had to wait for him to arrive to his own business 20 minutes late. Bait and switch.Charged me 40 dollars more than agreed price even after agreed price was confirmed before work was started !! then tried to charge me another 40 dollars on top of the extra 40 he already tried gouging me.. Can you say "GREEEEDY" Totally unprofessional. Then the Owner had the nerve to get Mad when I asked him why he didn't do the job we agreed on.. Wow, what a poor business attitude.. Poor quality work , Poor ATTITUDE !! Bubbles in my tint and they did not even give me a recipe for the poor work !!! 200 dollars CASH I paid and no receipt ON 1-24-2020. Amazing this place could stay in business with such a poor work ethic..Then the owner told me if I didn't like it get the H--l l out of here.. wow someone needs to report him to the IRS. $$$$$$$ BEWARE $$$$$$$ Make sure you get a quote in writing before any work is done and also ask to see them open a fresh unopened box of the window tint you are asking them to use or else they will switch the price, charge you more and use the cheapest tint they have which is really bad quality, I have bubbles, scratches my tint is peeling, I waited 4 weeks to roll my windows down and parked my car in the sun as they recommended.
