I was driving down the road and a rock hit my windshield, before I knew it I had a spiderweb crack going all down my windshield, I called sunCoast for help and they had my windshield changed and recalibrated within just a few days. Terrible after waiting 2 days they cancled at last minute use SAFELIGHT OR Mikes glass this is a fly bu night outfit

I called my insurance company to let them know I needed a windshield repair. A small pebble hit it, chipped it, and I had a dollar size crack from it. They submitted a request so that Suncoast Auto Glass can fix my windshield. Soon after, they called me and did a call with my insurance company again to confirm the details. They scheduled a time right away for them to come and fix my windshield. The person who worked on my windshield called me before hand, let me know he can come earlier. Once arrived, he took care of it right away and it took about a half hour to 45 minutes. He explained not to do a car wash for a couple days, and not to drive for a couple hours. All was well from start to finish. No charge since In Florida, windshields do not cost us and will not cause an increase in our insurance premium. read more

Put in our windshield crooked. Not sealed property and refused to fix it. I went to another, professional glass company and they said it is structurally sound and just "looks like crap". We only have basic coverage so I can't pat another $350 just for cosmetic. Avoid this place! read more

this is a hard NO from us. Scheduling was easy but installation was AWFUL. We had our front passenger window replaced. Firstly, they brought us a window that wasn't tinted even tho I sent a photo of a broken tented window. Secondly, the door rattles now when we open and close it because it wasn't installed properly. Not only was the entire inside of the door not closed, the inside also looks awful. You can absolutely see and hear this was replaced. It's embarrassing and cheap. read more

Making an appointment was very easy and they have good availability. They are able to work with your schedule and drive to your location. Roy was the one who helped me replace my Nissan windshield! He showed up early and did an excellent job all in 30 minutes and just in time before the rain started hitting. He also wiped the windshield when he was done installing it to make it look crystal clear. He did not forget to ask if I needed any decals transferred over to the new windshield. I also learned that their company puts back whatever came out of your car. Basically this means they use good quality glass instead of cheap, self-manufactured ones other big auto glass companies do. I'm so glad I had an excellent experience working with this company. They were recommended to me from someone from the Nissan dealership and I see why they use them!
