I called the number for Auto Glass Perfection and spoke with Tamara. She was very friendly and understood our windshield predicament. She even called me back to clarify some of the notes she received from our insurance company. A date for our windshield to be replaced was made for 2 days after my conversation with Tamara. The other company we tried first indicated that our windshield was on back ordered and no date when they could get it. This company was great to work with and their technicians were very professional. I would highly recommend this company for all your auto glass needs. read more

I needed my driver side window replaced. I had the regulator replaced a few months before I called this company to come replace the driver side window due to the glass mounting brackets breaking. They came out on time and replaced the window however, the window would jump out off the track while going up. The technician said the regulator was bent and he didn't work on those. I took the car back to the shop who replaced the regulator. The mechanic told me they installed glass for another model of that car make and that's why it's jumping track. When I called auto glass perfections, he told me he's not honoring the warranty and that the regulator is bending the glass. I wasn't asking for anything for free. I just wanted my window fixed properly. I will never use auto glass perfections again and I don't recommend this company. read more

OK my original was five stars, love these guys! But when I got my truck it was cloudy and I didn't see the problems. The very next day I saw a scuff mark on my leather dashboard, there were droppings where they cut the glass out all over the driver side. I did catch one of the guys almost putting his shoe directly on my leather chair, and I stopped him I figured he would tell on him self so I didn't Say thing. The very next day when I saw the mark on my dash I called Tamara and left a message and sent her a picture. She had Roy return my call he was very pleasant at first we've been longtime family friends but then he just kept repeating to me that they have never done anything wrong in anyone's car. We're all human and things happen, then being my friends all the more reason I would think they'd step up and do something to fix my car. It's now been two days since their guy came back out to see what the problem was and he saw there was something on the dash but as he stated it's not in his realm of work so he doesn't know what it is. I'm just very disappointed that I haven't heard back from Tamara in two days since their guy was over here to see the problem. Forget that we were friends, it's the right thing to do for business as far as I'm concerned. I'm just very disappointed and saddened. read more

courteous on phone, gave best price, and did exactly what they said they would. I got quotes from 3 places. No one could offer same day because they all needed part for next day delivery. hyundai sonata. It's been 4-6 weeks and my window is still like new, no difference than before repair. My window was smashed by a prowler and my insurance company recommended Safelite. Their quote was middle of 3. They were booked solid the next day for on site, but offered drive in appt for p.m.. about $224. I was leery to use after reading so many mixed reviews online. My local mechanic wanted $280. Auto glass said they'd check on part availability and call me back, which they did pretty quick. They offered to be on site any where by 8 am and the repair guy was on time. The glass was perfect tint match, OEM. He knew his stuff and cleaned/replaced in about an hour. I would have preferred he vacuumed again when a We called in my credit card to owner on the phone to process- $147. highly recommend, would use again. read more

Used them through my insurance company. They replaced my passenger car window. The glass didn't fit right and the window moved up and down painfully slow. The guy said the regulator must be wearing out and there wasn't anything he could do about it. Two days later the window stopped working at all. I had the insurance company send them back out. Same guy. He tried to wedge the window all the way up so it wouldn't leak. Told me to leave it up and that the regulator was dead. He refused to take responsibility for it. I replaced the regulator at my own expense and it still doesn't work because the widow doesn't fit. It wont go all the way up and rain is leaking into my car. Now I have to submit a claim to have the window replaced again by someone who knows what they are doing. Rude, unconcerned and incompetent. Stay away. read more
