I drove 40 minutes to get my car's rear windshield replaced here and it was worth every mile. I have a Tesla so that particular piece of glass is substantial in size and weight. They took my car immediately even though I was a half an hour early to the appointment. The car was fixed and ready to go in an hour. The person I dealt with through all of this couldn't have been kinder or more helpful. Fantastic experience! read more

Passenger window stopped working, wouldn't go up or down. Called these guys, same day they were able to order part. Got me in, and fixed my car all under 4 hours. They are a bit rough around the edges, but as long as the work was done adequately I'm very pleased. Would definitely do business again. read more

I am here to tell you all that on 8/26/2023 a man that goes by Riley's G wrote a very poor review about East Coast Auto Glass in Deerfield Beach. I had to speak up about the review because I was there that day. The owner did all the work the mom wanted who was a very sweet lady. When she arrived back with there son to pick up the car, before they even came into the office I saw out the window that the son opened the hood, at which point I went out and introduced myself and asked if everything was okay. His response from his first word was a nasty tone telling me they did not do a good job and they didn't install the cowl the right way. I then explained the best installer did the the job and I trusted it was done correctly but I also said I'm not an installer and neither are you so let me get the owner who started this business 35 years ago and he is an installer. Riley's G was nasty and abusive with the worst language you can think of and said they weren't paying for the job. The owner said, "that's fine I take it off and remove the windshield and take off the new top molding they installed and the new bottom cowl, and you can go someplace else." The mom kept insisting it was fine and the job looked good. The owner tried to point. out that cowl is not meant to be clipped down and every car is different. I wrote tis because some people are just never nice and remember there are three sides to every story. I am the owners wife and my husband of 32 years has never said a harsh word about anyone or to anyone and you can take a poll on that! That's why he's been in business for 35 years, his installers do good work and Mario the owner always does the right thing, even if it costs him money! We are a small business and people always leave happy and please but not many people take the time to write a review especially about an Auto Glass Shop read more

I took my car to East Coast Auto Glass to have the rubber lining around my windshield replaced; I also brought the left and right cowl at the bottom of the windshield installed. when my son and I picked up the car, he saw problems with the work and tried to point that out to the lady who was the co owner of the business. Her response was"what do you know,do you do this kind of work and stop touching the windshield ." She then proceeded to call my son obscene vulgar names. Her husband came out and continued with the vulgar name calling he would not listen to our concerns , and I felt I needed to just pay him and leave. I really didn't know what he was going to do next. I just knew we were being verbally attacked. There is a chip on the windshield. There are no screws or clips to hold the cowl down as promised. The rubber lining is not securely glued. The owners didn't do the work properly and then when we tried to discuss the work, they insulted us and verbally attacked us. The business is at 1138 SW 1st Way. Deerfield Beach Fl read more

My front windshield on a new to me Chevy Silverado was leaking puddles on my front foot wells when it rained. These guys removed my windshield fixed some rust and resealed it properly. Everyone I encountered was cool, the tech knew what he was doing And got to it. I was warned that it was possible my windshield could break upon taking it out, and I chose to take the risk. They knocked it out of the park and I was very happy with the service and the price. I wish I could name names, but this was 5 months ago, and I suck at remembering names. I wanted to wait a while to see if any issues would arise. To this day still dry as a bone. I will definitely use these guys again. read more

What a wonderful experience I had from beginning to end. I took my motor home in that had a cracked windshield which had to be replaced. The staff was polite and professional. At first the windshield wasn't put in exactly with a good fit, but they came to my home and redid the job to perfection. A level of service not seen these days. Excellent customer service. Cleaned up after the job was done. Would highly recommend this company. read more

In addition to the doors and back windows, Steve suggested adding a clear tint to the front windshield, which I didn't realize was a thing, and, wow, it has made a ton the difference! Now getting into the car on a hot day is no problem at all. I can't believe I waited 3 years to get the tinting done! Service was quick, and Steve even offered to attach my dash cam to the front windshield after the 3-day curing was completed. I feel the prices are reasonable and competitive. This morning they put Xpel PPF on my Cayman GTS after I had a GT4 front bumper, side scoops and rear spoiler installed on my car. Ping, the shop manager really took his time removing the headlight squirters and front fender marker lights to do the job correctly. I can highly recommend their work and when you walk into the showroom and see the hundreds of high end cars that they have done over the years, you know that you have come to the right place for your PPF and window tinting.

Howard W. 10/21/19 My new 2019 anniversary model Bullitt Mustang was perfectly positioned to have a stone-hard piece of fruit fall from a tree at exactly the right place to severely crack my windshield. I was more than upset. My insurance agent recommended several windshield repair companies. As I am fastidious about my car, I checked them all out. When I call East Coast Auto Glass, I spoke with Allie, who was fabulous. She was attentive, extremely pleasant, very accommodating and helpful with interacting with the insurance company. I felt comforted. I dropped my car at the office rather than having it repaired at my house to make certain that the windshield was replaced perfectly by a man who works almost exclusively on Ferrari and Bentley cars. This was Mario's recommendation, a terrific owner of over 30 years, who really knows his business. I feel totally confident that the "factory-new" windshield insisted upon by Mario was properly installed and warrantied.
