Had the owner come out to replace a broken drivers side window. First he was supposed to call when he was an hour out...he called when he was 5 minutes away and when I said I would be there in 10 minutes he was rude and obnoxious. Next he arrived in an unmarked vehicl and was extremely unprofessional. When it came time to install he negle to remove ANY glass prior to reinstalling the new glass and now my window does not work. We had a new windshield installed. The installation left large gaps along one side of the windshield, as the old rubber was not replaced. It also left a loud whistling sound when driving. The work was poorly finished and will now need a second repair. Overall the experience was terrible. read more

We used this outfit based on the recommendation of a very reputable local business owner. It was a DISASTER! They ruined the passenger seat, where they spilled adhesive and from the looks of it tried to rub it in. An 8x3" deep, dark black spot on tan upholstery. There are fingerprints of this same goo along the headliner, handles and elsewhere. The same goo oozed and dried around most of the seam of the windshield. We spoke with another professional. He told us he had installed 300+ windshields and his very first job didn't look this poor. This outfit didn't even call to warn us of the damage they left. Upon returning home and finding it we promptly stopped payment on the check. After contacting them about the damage and stop payment, they initially said if they did it they would make it right (8/11/17). Today (8/15/17) they told me since we stopped payment they would do nothing. I would estimate the damage done to our truck at 3-5 times the cost of the windshield replacement. A WORD TO THE WISE, THIS OUTFIT IS CHEAP FOR A REASON, DO YOURSELF A FAVOR call a reputable organization. See pictures on the Google review. read more

They replaced my windshield in December but broke a $150 trim piece. Said they'd order a new one and replace it. After months of waiting and being told several times they'd be replacing it, they changed their mind and said they're not responsible for the damage... beware. Do not use this company! I've had to replace it myself to stop the wind noise and now they're refusing to repay me. read more

Potential buyers beware of this company name by AUTO GLASS STOP they cause damage to your vehicle and don't want to make it right had a windshield install my truck the technician got in the truck stand on the doors and lean against the doors to cause them to been out from the pressure of them leaning against it contact the owner about the damages the owner was very rude did not care about the his employees has done will not recommend this company to no one at all stay a way !!!!! Yes is a old plow truck but there was not one issue with the doors/windows they open and closed just right until this company had done work on it with the window the point of matter is it doesn't make a difference if it's use truck or a new truck there was not any issue doors or windows before you guys touch it now there is and you don't want to do nothing with it so I would not recommend you or your company to no one read more
