When we brought the car in, it was a tiny small area, the size of a mole. After getting resin in the area, the chip looks way worse. There are whisker like lines coming out now in two different directions. I called and they said to bring the car in. So I did. They said there was nothing they could do since the resin was already in. My issue is that these whiskers or whatever the technical term for these lines on the glass were not there before the repair. And since having the repair, they are getting longer. The whiskers reflect the sun in a horrible way. The tall guy with reddish hair (name ????) was an a--hole. Excuse my language. We kind of forgot about it over the past five years, but finally opted to get it fixed through some Yelp research. For starters, this company actually did what we needed and was prompt with communication. They gave us a quote that matched our final bill, and sent someone out to measure and collect a deposit to order the necessary replacement. The whole window replacement clocked in at $300 which was around where I was expecting to pay. For Covid precautions, the guy who came in wore a mask which is pretty normal at this point. I saw a lower Yelp rating after signing on with them and was a little concerned, but nothing about my experience was bad at all. They were timely, efficient, well-priced and I'll look to them for our new house that has a window or two to replace.

He was extremely helpful on the phone when attempting to order the correct windshield for the car (there are three, depending on options). He showed up ON TIME, with the RIGHT PART and went to work! I watched the entire process. A windshield replacement is much more complex than I would have guessed and it quickly became apparent that Rick is HIGHLY SKILLED at what he does...and he has all the special tools and materials required to do the job RIGHT the first time.
