Called Caliber and they came to my house the next day before 9am. They did a great job and did not have to move my car out of the garage. If I didn't know where the crack was I wouldn't be able to find it after they were done. The tech was professional and did a great job. Then to top it off Caliber was half the price of Safelite.

They came out the day after I requested service…read more After the 24 hr wait for adhesive to set I went to check it Noticed the rear view mirror hanging down. I assumed the replacement mirror base had to set for 24 hours also. I installed the mirror but it wouldn't stay in place. I began to wonder about their work. I called Supreme and they sent someone out the same morning to check it. Turns out there was a spring missing. The tech offered to glue it on but I said no because if I needed to replace the windshield again, it would probably destroy the mirror getting it off. Tech then said he would go get a replacement mirror but would check the old windshield to see if the spring clip was still on it. It was, and he was back and had it installed that morning. We all make mistakes. I was impressed with their actions to "make it right". I have another vehicle that needs a new windshield and will have them do it when my vehicle inspection is due. Also they were $100 cheaper than other well known companies. PS. Google shows me in California; I am in Grandview.

I called in and requested a quote for my vehicle regarding the window tinting service. The pricing…read morewas what I expected, and for the value, I thought it was a good deal. When speaking to the person up front, he was chill and relaxed. He was helpful with the decision making process on the percentage of tint I wanted which I appreciated. We then agreed on a percentage and my car began to get serviced. The service took about an hour or two which is normal. Once the service was complete, I got back in my car and noticed a big splash of liquid near the inside front of my driver side door window. There were other parts within the car that also had drip stains, but this one was the most noticeable. These were dried up stains on the car which made me feel like the cleanup of the vehicle was not taken care of properly. Additionally, I recently found a bottle of the window glass cleaner underneath one of my seats which was very surprising to see. While it can be viewed as a good thing, with the weather being as hot as it was, it made me worried about the product and if that could've caused any damage under my seats. The tinting was fantastic. It's very clean, done well, and is what I expected. I'm very thankful to have the tinting done to protect against the hot weather. Thank you again to the team I really appreciate it.
