That was fine but after one year with the new swapped out battery it went bad. I took it in and they said sorry no warranty you swapped out this battery. So they sold me two bad batteries and don't stand behind the products they sell! Funny thing is I just bought a new battery for my Tundra! I hope this one last. My car broke down in this parking lot, luckily I was in the right place. My driving belt fell off of my car so I was stuck in this parking lot for a while. I'm pretty new to cars so I'm not the most knowledgeable and I attempted to install the new driving belt myself. I didn't even know how to adjust the tensioner pulley to install the belt. After hours of struggling to put the belt on one of the store leads Erick went out of his way to help me fix this car, going above and beyond his responsibilities. He let me know that the tensioner and idler pulleys were toast and needed to be replaced, (which is likely the reason the belt fell off in the first place) saving me money and headache getting a diagnostic check from a car shop. He guided me to the right parts needed to get the car running and didn't try to upsell me. Because of his help my car is now running better than before even 1000 miles later.

We had a towed to our hotel so we could move all of our things inside. The tow truck driver recommended this shop to us, the front desk person that our hotel recommended this shop, and a random person in the elevator did also. The was within 2 miles of the hotel. The shop was able to take the vehicle in right away, diagnosed the problem and gave me a quote within an hour while I waited there in a nice comfortable customer lounge they provide provided. The at the front desk of the shop was extremely personable, helpful, and reassuring. They were able to secure the parts and do the repairs in about two hours and get me on my way. There were no surprises between their estimate and the final cost, which I also found to be very fair. I cannot recommend this Shop highly enough!

I went and picked up what I needed inside the store and then stood at the counter to get acknowledged in order to get parts that would be in the back. Finally, after a period of time I was acknowledged. Again, no greeting and just stared at me like I had 3 heads. Why do people do this to women in parts' stores?!?!? For a large town, and also having a common vehicle, I was surprised that 2 out of the 3 items I requested were not available/in stock. These are simple/common parts. There was no offer to look at nearby stores, or to order the parts. This is a location I will not be visiting again. Update Xmas Eve 2023: So, went to the tried and true O'Reilly's in Woodland Park to see if they had the parts I tried to get at this location. Turns out the part I did get at the Fillmore location was the wrong part for the make and model of my vehicle. So not only did customer service lack incredibly but I paid for the wrong parts!
