Of the four bids I sought, Rocky Top Upholstery never bothered to respond to their online quote request form, Timberline couldn't do the job until a month later for the same price as Auto Installs, and Custom Design Upholstery never responded when I asked a follow-up question about their bid). They were, however, within $50-100 of the other bids, so they're competitive, and they responded to every question I asked before proceeding. I asked them to do the job on a Friday phone call, and they were able to start the work the following Monday. They estimated two days' work, and that was exactly what it was. The installation they did is fantastic, and perhaps even better than the original Toyota factory job; rain dumped on us today, and not a single drop leaked from the car top! Totally satisfied.

In 2018 I bought four leaf springs for my camper from Rocky Mountain Springs. In less than a year…read morethey had all flattened out and the clip on one of them had failed. I brought them the spring to request about upgrading to a heavier spring (which they said they didn't carry), or adding a leaf to the existing springs which they said would be $110 per spring (original price of each spring was $35). They told me my camper was overloaded even though I offered to show them the weight slip I have showing the camper is NOT overloaded. In summary, the springs I bought here seem to be average quality at best (certainly no better than the stock Chinese springs that came with my camper), and they are not willing to stand behind their product. On a positive note I will say the U-bolts I bought here are holding up well.

Mark either never got the message to call me back or chose not to call me back.
