My first contact with them was over the phone - they were very "can-do", positive and professional so I took one seat cushion and one back cushion in for their thoughts, cost and timeline. Their place of business is a workshop with lots of jobs in progress. Although they seemed incredibly busy the turnaround time for ordering the leather and cutting/sewing all 10 cushions was super-fast (under 3 weeks). Their cost was quite reasonable and the quality of their work was 100%. Bonus points: the employees all wear their masks, and wear them properly. A sign on the door informs customers to wear masks on premises. I highly recommend the place of business without reservation!

They came to the house and assessed both pieces and worked with me on a convenient time for them to come pick them up. There was a dresser with two broken legs and a cedar chest with a broken leg.
