I had an issue with my SUV a few days back and we used Atlantic to tow it from Boca to the dealer in Delray. Not only was the driver punctual and professional, he really went out of his way to make our experience a positive one. For example, he offered a helpful diagnostic analysis for our issue, he didn't require that we wait with the disabled car at pickup and finally, he dropped the car and keys with the clerk at the service desk and sent a confirmation text to let us know. These things may not seem like that big a deal, but for a stressed out and busy parent with two kids along for the boring ride, these conveniences were huge. Even when I was told originally it would take 10-15 days for the underwriter to review, now I was told that was only an estimate. I am very upset being almost 8 months pregnant and cannot close this chapter of my life.
