I was quoted $250 for a replacement key fob and programming for a 2018 Mazda 6. A different locksmith was sent to my home and told us the vehicle required an original Mazda key, increasing the cost to $450, he charged $481.50. After the work was completed, we discovered the key provided appears to be an aftermarket key, not an OEM Mazda key as we understood. The vehicle still does not start, and the invoice provides very little detail regarding the diagnosis, parts supplied, or programming performed. When I raised my concerns, I was referred back and forth between the individuals involved. Very disappointing experience. Make sure you get all pricing, parts, and warranties in writing before authorizing any work. read more

if i could select ZERO stars thats what they would get! I spoke to Omar who quote 275.00 for my 85 year old father. I told them, i may call them back. 2 min later i received several texts, 1st saying they can do the work for 255, i then proceeded to text him back and said, no and to stop calling and texting. Omar then sent another text that said he would do the job for 210, wow this is somebody that I really want to trust.:/ .. Then further harassment from another company who Omar gave my number to without my permission. when the other company called, I asked is this Omar and the guy said 'no did you call for service?' i asked him who gave him my number and he said 'Go Locksmith' Omar.. I told him that I didn't want his service either, that I did not give go locksmith permission to call and text me... This is an unscrupulous company or at best. This is one of those cases where you have to be very careful. Either Lowe's sold a product that was tampered with or I got played by this Locksmith company. Either way I am left with a bad taste in my mouth and money gone from my pocket. I paid for service, hut left totally dissatisfied and frustrated. I paid for a rekey, but learned after an 2 hours it could not be done, then an attempt to install the product from Lowe's and the lock looked used. Since I did not open the package there is no way of knowing if I was told the truth that the package was tampered with. Honestly after an initial inspection the worker should have seen that the lock was not right and told me, which makes the whole scenario suspect This was a lesson in going with your gut and my gut is saying avoid this company. read more
