The deadbolt was completely broken so he took that out and replaced it, and was able to just rekey the bottom lock. After researching further, I discovered that "Access Locksmith & Security" is not even a registered business name in Florida. The provider operates under different names and entities at the same address. I had to pay out of pocket for a second professional to fix everything. I've since filed a formal complaint with the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services.
