I would give more stars if i could! Noe was SO helpful and friendly! I had an issue with my Low Cost Interlock device and I couldn't have asked for someone more professional and kind! All of the workers were very nice and made me feel welcomed. The shop was so busy (clearly cause they're good at what they do) but Noe was so kind and made time to help me out, even if that meant being on hold with this impossible company for half a hour! Look no further - Noe is your guy. He's honest, fair, and is always happy to explain everything. The first time I went to see him was when we needed a spark plug replacement and the dealership had also told me that I needed the ignition coils replaced. I went to Noe for a second opinion, and he sketched out a circuit diagram to illustrate that the failed spark plug was unlikely to have damaged the ignition coils. Basically, he saved me at least a couple hundred bucks with his expertise and honesty. We went to Noe for everything when we lived in Vista, and depending on the problem, I'll still give him a call now that we've moved down to Escondido. read more

Called and was told 80 dollars for diagnosis for engine light and that money would go towards labor afterwards. Come into the shop and get told it will be 130 and that does not go towards labor afterwards. Came up with the sorry excuse that they changed their prices since I called 4 days prior. I have had so much trouble with my 2011 GMC Terrain. The reviews for this car is an absolute nightmare but you don't find out that important information until the purchase is made and years of damage and recalls reap havoc on your bank account and trust in American made cars. From the engine light, to the tire sensor light, air conditioner, Exhaust manifold etc, it was so just bad all the time. I contemplated rolling the car off of a cliff and doing a happy dance just to bed rid of it. Mechanic after mechanic kept ripping me off and the car was still not running properly. I would literally wonder if I was going to break down to or from work everyday I actually did a few times. Noes fixed every issue on my car and I love it again. The first problem was that the exhaust manifold was split in half, no one ever told me that. No one could explain why it was sounding so rough, Secondly my catalyst converter was bad and the air conditioner worked when it felt the need to usually when it wasn't needed. It took three trips to due my finances to get the car back Into safe driving mode. I was informed of every issue and I didn't feel pressured into making a decision after seeing the faulty parts with my own eyes. Yes he showed me the bad parts. I didn't know they still did that. The dealership told me to sell it, it was so bad I was only offered $500.00 for a trade- in. The said it was a piece of junk. They checked my car until all faulty engines light were diminished and today I just told him I finally passed my smog, his response "yahooooo". That's amazing that he cares that much. It's difficult to find a trusting mechanics especially with the new computer WiFi talking cars but I found a great mechanic in Noe and his team. Thank you I'm forever great full. While on the other side of town, I came across AMR as the first auto place I saw when my car was "acting up". Right time, Right place! I was quoted over $300 more by another mechanic for the same job. They took me right in without an appointment, and fixed the problem in less than an hour. Noe, the owner is super sweet, super friendly and super good looking!!! Not that has anything to do with his mechanics but he is sure is easy on the eyes while waiting for your car. If you are shopping for a car, bring it to NOE's for a 27 point inspection for $25, EVERYONE else charges $40-$50, this guy is amazingly fair, has best labor and part prices and accommodates you quickly, even without an appointment. Noe was super helpful and I got a good, sincere vibe from him after my car needing towing to his shop after an accident on the 15. He stayed past his closing time to make sure my car could get there safely and then gave me really good advice on what to do next with my insurance and gave me a quick quote and what options I would have. My insurance ended up taking my car somewhere else so Noe didn't even get my business but still was texting me updates on my car and giving me good advice. My husband took my 2004 cavalier here to get an oil service (which comes with a complimentary break inspection). My husband was in and out in no time. He said Noe is very professional and would continue to do business with him. For my husband to say this about a businessman, is a big deal! A few months ago I took my car to Cornerstone Auto Repair, a mechanic I was pretty loyal to for some time, because my car was hesitating to turn over. The owner offered to keep my car over night because he had not experienced the symptoms I had taken my car in for. He then tells me that my battery is low and I need new breaks. First, why was he looking at my breaks in the first place? Second, I had just had my rear breaks replaced less than a month ago and was told my front breaks were fine. I had recently moved to the area and needed to find an auto mechanic ASAP. A co-worker of mine referred me to Noe, she said that he has done work on there delivery trucks for a couple of years and he has done nothing but exceptional work, not to mention he is quick thorough and reasonably priced. So I took a chance and took in my 2005 Audi which was having trouble starting up. As soon as I told him what the problem was he let me know that unfortunately at that time, he didn't have the equipment to run a diagnostic on foreign vehicles, but that he did have a fellow mechanic friend that he could borrow one from to accommodate me. Immediately I felt reassured and new that he really cared about his customers to go above and beyond. In the end the problem ended up being an electrical issue which would cost more than the vehicle was worth, so I opted out of the maintenance. I appreciated Noes honesty and sincerity that he never pressured me or tried to convince me to follow through with the repairs.
