UPDATE- After 8 months of having the car we purchased from here , we finally got rid of it & got a new one from CARMAX! Every week, the car would overheat on us & luckily my husband was able to keep it running as long as we could just from looking up videos & fixing it constantly HIMSELF! All I can say about this place is WOW! I've always been a worrier when it comes to buying a used car from a used car lot. But I needed a truck and these guys had what I wanted. I bought a 2003 Ford Ranger with low mileage. Koji gave me better customer service than I've ever gotten from even a dealership. Friendly, honest and thorough. They are not high pressure sales, quite the opposite. I was able to test drive in short notice. The sales staff is patient and attentive. After going to my credit union for a cashiers check I was out of there in less than an hour. They don't let you drive off the lot without going through a thorough inspection of the car and all of the functions. Detail oriented and professional. I'm not a big fan of used car lots but these guys dispelled all the stereotypes. I'd go again in a heartbeat. read more

I had an old 1998 Chevy Cavalier that wouldn't pass smog...Kojie and his mechanic really helped me out. The mechanic changed the fan, and a couple of other cooling parts that making it constantly overheat...I had taken it 3 other places that couldn't fix it and after taking it there, it never overheated again. Koji took and got the smog test run, and I did the DMV paperwork right there with AJ Business Center, which is on the same site, and Azam, his wife who runs it, is just the sweetest lady ever. I can't say enough good about this place. And even though I can tell business is difficult for them right now, they gave me every price break they could. I absolutely adore Koji and Lily. Today I bought my second Honda from them and once again I am pleased with my purchase. It can be very scary buying a used car. You never know who you can trust. Who is being honest and who is being shady. I bought a '98 Honda Accord from them in 2011 and I gave the car to my brother and it is still running great with well over 250,000 miles on it. It actually just passed smog with no problems. I bought a 2011 Honda Civic EX from them today and I know that if I have any problems with this car all I have to do is bring it to them and they will do whatever it takes to help me. The Honda I bought has 93,000 miles on it and it cost me $7,995.00 plus fee's($905.00). I paid with cash so I was given $1,000.00 discount. The sticker price was $8,995.00. I looked around and there was 14 other Honda Civic's in the area for sale but this was by far the best deal and with someone that I trust. I highly recommend anyone that is looking to buy a used car to purchase from here. Don't waste your time going anywhere else. They will work with you and if you mention my name they might just give you $1,000.00 off the sticker price if you pay in cash(for sure $500.00 up to $1,000.00). I really recommend Auto Master Group. I just bought my first car from there the other day and Kojie was very helpful and straight forward. He let me test drive the car I was interested in and even let me take it to a mechanic to do a pre-purchase inspection. He was not pushy and even negotiated on the price. The power lock on one of the doors was not working and Kojie offered to order the parts and fix it for free. He was very accommodating and even gave me first-time car owner tips. Their mechanic is completely dishonest. He supposedly replaced two spark plugs because they were loose, and I had replaced them myself. I'm no Mr Goodwrench but I know how to replace spark plugs. The car ran worse afterwards, it shook the car while I was stopped at a red light. I ended up taking it to Avenue Wheel Service (the one with the cartoon monkey on the sign). A clerk at Fresh N Easy across the street even warned me about them. read more

Took my car there to see if they could sell it. It was a newer car that was worth more than I owed. I thought they would work to sell my car...after all, that's what I was told. After a couple months, a friends sister went down there to check it out. She warned me that they were NOT trying to sell the car, in fact, she was discouraged by the salesman and had to ask for a test drive. I took the car off the lot and sold it to her myself. And in taking the car off the lot, I was charged for a 'detail job' that wasn't done at all. I cannot say enough good about this business! I have bought cars in the past from small local lots and have NEVER had good come from them. When I bought my car, almost a year ago, I was down on my luck. I was on unemployment and thought I would never be able to get a good running car. But I did and it was here! First I want to state that there are a few professions that don't have the best reputations. Used Car Salesmen, Real Estate Professionals, Attorneys etc... I'm sure you're seeing where I'm going with this ( I'm the second one that I mentioned by the way ). I realize that people are wary of this and come to me with preconceived notions as soon as they walk in my office ( And based on some of their stories, Rightfully so). This is where the story of Kojie and Automan Group begins. My wife and I had been searching for the right small SUV for us for about two months. Being a R.E. Broker I refuse to purchase anything in excess of mkt value, that's what the two month search was about. I'm sure you all have been there, see a car online no price or no mileage listed, call about listed car just to hear. "When are you going to come and take a look at the car"? Or hear the actual price and mileage, "Asking $4 -$5K above Blue Book and the car has low mileage"? Low mileage is 130,000 miles for a 7 to 8 yr old vehicle mind you (Not in my book, Not Ever). So I'm sitting in my office about 4pm Mon evening two weeks ago and I'm doing my daily search of desired small SUV'S with certain specs and I stumbled upon a website that I had never searched. One beautiful Nissan Murano popped up with extremely low mileage. So I called and Kojie answered. I said, "you have a Nissan Murano that I want". Kojie replied, "how do you know if you have never seen it or driven it"? To which I responded, "If the pictures are any indication of the condition of the vehicle then I want it ". Kojie then said, "when can you get here"? I said, "I'm in W. L.A. and I have to pick my wife up at 6. What time do you close"? Kojie then said, "about that time". Here is where the story gets good. He offers to drive the car to me!!! The Owner offers to drive after a hard day at work in Ventura to meet me and my wife. So we arranged to meet at my In-Laws in Simi Valley around 8:45pm. So, true to his word we're sitting have dinner with Ma ( My wife's grandmother ) when the cell phone rang saying he was outside. We went outside and exchanged pleasantries, ( He brought along his beautiful wife and business partner who were both gracious as well ). Anyway he said, " take the car for a drive, take it somewhere and get a view of it under lights". So we drove it around for about 30 -45 mins and decided we definitely wanted it. When we returned to the In- Laws we asked if he could hold it until Wed when we thought we be able to come pick it up. Kojie said, "No problem. I've met you, you seem like nice honest people" ( which we are :) Well Wed was going to be difficult I knew when I asked, because it is very difficult for me to get away from work. And almost impossible for my wife especially because she was preparing to leave LA for a major business conference. So my fears were Kojie would think we weren't serious about purchasing the car, someone would show up and offer more $$$$ ( I'm sure that happened ), and the car would be sold before we got there on a more likely time ( That following Sat ). I called Kojie to let him know we wouldn't be making it Wed or anytime during the week for that matter. His response once again, "No problem". So Sat comes around and we finally make that trip to Ventura to pick up our immaculately clean Nissan Murano with a sold sign in the window. The car was as nice as we remembered and better than what we expected after dealing with and listening to so many other car companies. His staff was professional and the mechanic went over everything on the car before releasing it to us. Kojie kept his word!!! He went above and beyond what any other salesperson has ever done. And he is THE OWNER. (And I have purchased cars for close to 27 yrs). I typically don't write long soliloquies about something unless it is warranted. So for all of you have doubt, No I am not Kojie or any relative or anyone he has paid to write this. Just someone who believes that someones good name and respect has to be earned through deeds daily. That also means if my car broke down today I wouldn't blame Kojie because I still did my due diligence ( took it to a 3rd party mechanic, I forgot to mention that) and Kojie did his job. These guys are very fair and extremely thorough and sweet. I felt like we got a very good deal, and I like Koji and his taste in cars and posters. He didn't extensive check out on the car before we bought it He checked all the lights with us, and he gave us full car facts report printouts, and was in general very very very thorough. I was really reassured by the amount of detail that he put into the cars and into the paperwork and felt like he had really thought through the decisions and was making the best decisions for the customer. Hi I just a Saturn Sc on Saturday 9/14/13 for my daughter to drive.I paid it in full upon pick-up of the car. Took it home and my husband drove it, came back and told me to call Koji and let him know the tires were not road safe and at a idle the steering wheel and car shook, like you were in a earthquake. We had to flat bed the car from Simi to Ventura. That following Monday due to bad motor mounts. When I spoke with Koji on 9/14/13 he stated to bring the car back and he would fix it and replace the tires on it. He did replace the 3 motor mounts but refused to replace the tires. we came and picked it up and took it home thinking it had been fixed. Boy, were we in for a big surprise. on 9/25/13 my daughter came home and was scared to death to drive the car any more because it felt like as she stated the tire was going to fall off. Her dad test drove it then took it to the mechanic in Simi and we found out there were no rear brakes and 2 bolts missing that bolts the frame to the body. No wonder it was making such a noise. They represent them selves about caring about people and would never send a car out on the road that wasn't road safe. They are a bunch of liars. PLEASE DO NO BUY A CAR FROM HERE PERIOD IF YOU VALUE YOUR LIFE AND POCKETBOOK. AS LONG AS THEY GET YOUR MONEY THEY WILL LIE AND CHEAT. do not buy!! these people will rip you off. my fiance i and bought a truck from them. they said it had no problems. 2 weeks later they installed the lojack and the key ignition became very sensitive. following that the check engine light came on and we took it back to them saying that the truck would jerk a bit while driving and that it may be the transmission. they said no it wasn't that the fluids just need to flushed. after they did that, the next day the check engine came back on. the truck started to jerk every so often. we finally got fed up and took it to a transmission shop where they told us that we were sold a truck with a bad transmission. they said the damage is so bad that when the mechanic had flush the fluid he would have seen the start of some of the damage. we are now unable to pay to have a new transmission put in. we are stuck making payments on a truck we can't even drive. if you are thinking about buying, don't or you will be ripped off!!!!! read more
