Despite Tim Neese (the owner) acknowledging that the work was shoddy and that "his people must've sent it to someone besides his regular guy", he did nothing to make it right... and quit returning my phone calls. - I paid cash, but their accountant Murad still tried to force me into signing a document that allowed them to run my credit. When asked why, he said "I do the paperwork, this is what you do. Please sign." Despite my refusal to sign this "necessary" document, Murad was still able to complete the transaction. Once we finally got squared away i drove off in the vehicle, it was on E and was in need of an oil change, which I paid for myself, I mentioned all the issues (car needed to be detailed, no gas, oil change, tires, and the suspension was bouncy) to Tyson who said we'd get it together. I called and called day after day asking for him so I didn't waste my time coming up there, he was never available. There disorganization and disrespect towards customers is mind boggling this is an poor excuse of an business. They will lie to you over the phone in your face and will treat you like you're the problem even though you are a paying customer who just wants to be treated fairly.
