At first, great contact, but it breaks off immediately after making the payment. Then there is no contact and no car, the driver who went to pick up the car didn't find anyone there, even though they are supposedly open. I lost 20 thousand dollars, which I will now fight for in court. Let everyone be careful and not let themselves be ripped off.

He responded quickly and emailed a copy of the carfax right away. Everything looked good from the pictures and the carfax, so I made arrangements with a local mechanic to give the car a look before I followed through with the purchase. As soon as I let David know I had made arrangements with a local mechanic to look at the car, he ghosted me. Wouldn't respond to texts, phone calls, or email. I thought maybe something happened or he might have been busy, so I waited. A couple of more days go by and still no response to my texts, voice mails, or email. A huge waste of my time. This should be a big warning to anyone thinking about buying a car from them. I would strongly advise you have a mechanic look at anything you are thinking about buying, if you tell them that and they ghost you, it tells you everything you need to know about doing business with them. I don't see how the heck they stay in business treating people like this and wasting their time. Thanks for jerking me around and wasting my time. Buyer beware.

After…read morebrowsing their website and reading many excellent reviews through the BBB, I decided to give them a visit. Jerrell and his small staff exceeded my expectations. All the cars are priced right at book where they should be--not marked up a few thousand just to come back down like all the other lots. And all of his vehicles are exactly as they should be: mostly one-owner, no accident, low mileage lease turn-ins (unless stated otherwise). All of the cars I test drove had obviously been very well maintained and in excellent to pristine condition. You can't go wrong with any car you pick! Jerrell has a great relationship with a number of local credit unions and banks, and was able to quickly get me set up with an excellent rate on my loan as well as a satisfactory trade-in value for my old car. He thoroughly explained all the paperwork and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. I ended up getting the exact model and year of car I was looking for, in pristine condition, with about half the average mileage for its age. For all intents and purposes, it is virtually a new car without the new price. Don't waste your time elsewhere where pushy salesmen try to sell you overpriced cars with uncertain history. Jerrell Huber is a true straight-shooting hometown dealer who does honest business the way anyone would hope and expect. My next car will certainly be from Huber Autoworld, and I would refer anybody to them.

The are extremely disorganized, I came cash ready with a car in mind and sat in the dealership for nearly 3hrs while they served about 2 other people and took occasional cigarette breaks, I left that day with no car but was still optimistic that's we'd get it done the next day after I got off work. The next day I arrived and waited again, the guy I was working with was all over the place and impossible to reach if he wasn't in your face, I was cash and insurance ready when I was told that the car had an issue so I began to look at other options and found one I was ready to roll away in, yet there lack of organization and adequate staffing made that not possible. Finally on the 3rd day I was able to drive off in the vehicle, it was half decent about as much as you'd expect from a used car any way, it was still a 3-4 hour process that day, as soon as I arrived I was told Tyson wasn't in and went to get cigarettes this took nearly an hr, once he arrived I waited for him to do a bunch of stuff that didn't even look like work, even saw him sitting in the back texting as I waited. Once we finally got squared away i drove off in the vehicle, it was on E and was in need of an oil change, which I paid for myself, I mentioned all the issues (car needed to be detailed, no gas, oil change, tires, and the suspension was bouncy) to Tyson who said we'd get it together. I called and called day after day asking for him so I didn't waste my time coming up there, he was never available. There disorganization and disrespect towards customers is mind boggling this is an poor excuse of an business. They will lie to you over the phone in your face and will treat you like you're the problem even though you are a paying customer who just wants to be treated fairly. I'm glad the bank returned my deal and they have that POS back I would never recommend anyone to go here any deal you think they're giving you is just something to get that car sold. They have numerous POS cars and they will try to get you into anyone if you have cash, I recommend saving up and going to a more reputable dealer, one that always has a mechanic on scene and throughly inspect they're vehicles before sale.
