Two months later, he still has not sent the title, and no longer answers the phone or calls back. I have filed a complaint with the motor vehicle commission, who suggested I take this to court to retrieve the title. In addition, the "minor repair" that was needed according to him turned out to be several hundred dollars worth of repairs needed.
